All right, so this is the fried eggs guys. Pan It was really hot and they had a crack it with one hand, give it a little knock on the side of the pan. So basically what you want to do is go one crack and then move hands apart as you squeeze into the a little trick so we'll do that now. We're gonna need a nonstick pan for this. Now you want to turn the heat right down because we want the yoke to we don't want the egg whites to remain role while the face of the fried egg gets really really dark. But just trying to create a nice color Save.
A lot of people put the heat on far too hot for when you purchase. Let me know when you give it a little bit of help. You just want to leave it you can play with the hate turn it off or whatever you think it may just play it by ear I really I've got this on a medium to low hate now. You will see here, all the egg whites still seems a bit Roll. You really want to keep it on a lot of dates to um, once you see the egg whites are completely white, that's when it's ready. I'll also show you a cool little trick on how to flip the eggs if you don't watch them sunny side up.
Now all we're gonna do is give it a flip. So if you don't like your egg sunny side up, which is basically the egg yolk showing the way it is. You can flip it the other side will make it cook a lot quicker as well. Then what you do, simply, you want to get the pan of flick up and bring the pan back on. Stage, you could turn the hayride off, okay. The reason why we can turn the hay brought off is by flipping the egg arva you're gonna allow the hate which is going to be in direct contact with a yard snail.
So the other side isn't going to take as long to cook as what it would have if we just let it dry Sunny Side off. They have it Friday. Now if you don't like as much color on the base of this, or if you'd like it to be nice and white all over. It's just about the temperature control at the start of the cooking process. All right. So what you do is when you originally start the process, all you have Hate mush Lola, I cook the egg then on a high hate to start with, so I could get that golden brown that I was looking for.
Again, if you didn't want that it's just a simple matter of making sure that there isn't as hot without the egg. Keep in mind that it will take a little bit longer.
