So instead of writing code, I can use Julia view or editor. So in my opinion, this is the package that you need to learn directly after HTML using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Dreamweaver, in my opinion, with these five you're going to muster is a web design and you can produce very high efficient and nice looking applications. Of course, maybe you need to learn something related to graphics, but this is another area my area is concerned about. The Web Design Technologies, what you need in order to design the web page from coding point of view, not from graphics point of view.
