Tips how you can practice your pronunciation at home. Okay, my first tip is of course to listen to English. Listen to English songs, to audio books, listen to radio and podcasts. Listen to short videos and listen to TED Talks. I'll show you a TED talk later. And you should listen to English every day.
Next tip, read out loud. Don't just read in your head. say the words out loud. You can read the tongue twisters and the nursery rhymes from this course out loud. Read children's stories and short stories out loud You can read song lyrics out loud. do this every day.
Another tip, record yourself. Use your smartphone to record the tongue twisters, the nursery rhymes, the vowel sounds and the commonly mispronounced words from this course. Now, I know you don't like the sound of your own voice, but don't worry, no one will listen and you can delete it later. record yourself every day. One more tip for you. Use a mirror.
When you practice your pronunciation. Look at yourself. Watch your face muscles and look at the position of your tongue. Look at the position of your mouth. And the position of your lips. And of course, practice this every day and you will get better.
