Well done, you've completed this training. And you know what, this is only a start. In order for you to step up as a manager and literally change your behaviors and increase your performance. It's a must that you go through this training again, and again, make it your quarterly goal, at least a year ago that you're going to review this so consistently, that it stays on top of your mind, the situational leadership model the engagement, review the vision and mission video before your quarterly reviews. Remind yourself on how to do a one on one before it happens. You have all the tools and techniques also.
So use your credibility assessment on a regular basis and measure yourself and appreciate and celebrate how you're improving. Use the trust formula and measure yourself against the critical stakeholders. Share it with your team and let them assess themselves too. This is so important. Like I said Knowledge is only power if you apply what you know. And as agreed, I'm going to be here for you to make sure that you get the most out of this training.

When you feel like it's the right time, you may want to take a few weeks to implement what you've reviewed, and collect some feedback in questions for me so that we get the most out of our session.
