Another thing about directories and files on your website is that you must make sure that you don't list any directories. You don't want anyone going to a folder in your site and seeing the contents of that folder, you need to make sure that you disable directory browsing on your website, my directory browsing was enabled. That means anyone who could guess that there was a folder on my website would then go to that folders address, and then see the directory listed. See all the files listed on that folder. Very dangerous. You don't want that enabled.
And in order to disable directory listing on your server, just google disable directory listing and the first thing that pops up is this line from the site wizard.
