Now that we've looked at all seven of the essential oils for successful project teams, by factoring in some of the leading change concepts that we've shared, I'd like you to find this worksheet and I'd like you to do a really quick assessment. Now, you can do this on your own, if you like. It's fairly quick and the debate is fairly short. You'll find it a little bit more effective if you get other people weighing in on this. So you might think about this for a project team exercise. We've got each of the seven essentials that we've just discussed here, written out and I want you to score them.
So the scoring would be one is low, miserable or missing an action completely and seven would be high. We're doing an exceptional job in this particular area, and 23456 is somewhere in the middle. So what I'd like you to do is take a pencil and simply assess how good a job you think you're doing with each of these seven essential Now we've got seven questions and seven points. So that's going to give us a total a raw score of maximum 49. So whatever your raw score is, is going to be put it down there at the bottom, you can multiply that by two, and you'll come pretty close to a percentage. So push pause, find that worksheet, and do a quick assessment.
How did your numbers come out? Did you pass whatever pass means typically passes over 50%. Maybe if that's high enough for you, that's great. If it needs to be higher than what of course are you going to do if you're doing a great job for your particular project? I mean, that's remarkable. That really is stunning, in many ways that we've looked at all of these things, and we've already incorporated these things.
And if you've got an 80% or higher, well done, if you don't, here's the question. What are you going to do to increase capacity for all of your projects to be able to lead change by factoring in some ideas around leading change from this systems based integrated model much more effectively. For the last time, I'd like you to find this action plan. And I'd like you to make a couple final notes to yourself. And now that you've got that done, your action plan done for the last time, let me just wrap this up. Keep that action plan close for a while, maybe pin it up on your office wall if you've got an office or find a way to put it into your calendar, some of those ideas that you've put in so that you don't forget them.
