Sit down in a comfortable position, take a deep breath and exhale slowly. Imagine energy coming from the ground up or to your feet, your legs, thighs, spine. gets out of your body in a ball of light. You are inside this ball of light and floating through the sky above the atmosphere above the universe. The ball of light passes in bright white light, dark, light, and other bright light. And then there's exactly like substance, it goes through into it into a really decent white line.

The point of light becomes one with a very decent light. This is the energy of the Creator of all that is, you have no body. You are this light. You say Creator of all that is it is commanded to sign that conditional love to every cell of my body. Thank you. It's done.
