Okay, so here's a closer look at the first bullet point on the previous job. Take a moment to read it here. And then I'm going to show you kind of where those three elements come in the action verbs the specific unquantifiable detail. And finally the results. So I've got a handy dandy underline kit here. Let's look for the action verbs.

So in this bullet point, we've got two which is great created and curated. These are pulled straight from the job posting earlier. Next, we're going to move into this specific unquantifiable detail. Got that following right up exactly what we did. So we have four major social campaigns per year on Facebook and Instagram. So what do we do?

Curated content, being specific and quantifiable and saying quantifiable four major social campaigns per year, and then specific is on Instagram and Facebook results. Now I'm going to show you two different types of results to include if you have both awesome, but if you don't, that's okay too. So here's one, which is not as quantified, or it's not quantified at all, but it still shows what came of view your actions. So we have showcase unique value propositions, the unique showcase unique value proposition of Magic Kingdom, sorry, I can't read my own words here. So this one, this shows what came of your actions and it doesn't have a number. So if you didn't know this five to 12%, you could still include something like that.

But if you have both even better, so we can now say, resulting in five to 12% increase in followers and page likes per campaign. So that's a bullet point for you. Now if you open up activity, two in your practice, section we have a nice created a nice little document that you can fill in piece by piece, the parts of each bullet point your action verbs, your specific quantifiable detail and results. And then you can put them all together. So, what I want you to do now is take some time work through that document and write a solid bullet point for a real accomplishment that you had at a real job. And then post it in the group and, or in this class, and I'm going to give you some feedback on it.
