Welcome to the module four of step three. And that is how to make the exact match. You can have the right passion in the right field, but still the wrong career. This is the difference between a broad match and an exact match. The broad match is the field and the exact match is the specific job. I knew my profitable passion that is the writing, but I did not know which career path to take.
With writing, I could take several different career paths and although I love writing, perhaps I could not like right in the field of journalism as much as writing the academy CLI. Or for an example, I started narrowing down my writing career options and found out that I was interested writing books Don't put so much pressure on yourself, you have completed a lot of exercise by now. And there is a good chance that you may have already zeroed in on the exact work you would love to do. I'm only trying to help you think a little bit more to make sure your choice is the best for you. That's all. What I'm trying to pay you here is that discovering your profitable passion, it's just half the work.
The other half involves aligning yourself to a particular task or work within that passion. This will be the exact match. Let's do this. Let's do this exercise that helps you find out your exact match. I have actually divided the exercise in four easy steps. In step one, you will have to write Possible jobs related to your passion or industry.
In step two, you will then narrow down the list to just two or three jobs that you would be most interested in. And I will call this your top three jobs. In the next step in Step three, you need to rate each one of these top three jobs from one to 10, according to your interest in them. And there is a series of questions to help you realize your best interest. So don't worry about that. Now, finally, in step four, you will evaluate the list of your top three jobs according to their rating.
You have rated by yourself asking again several questions. So And finally, the one got that maximum number? Is that the best work or job of your career So let's do it step by step in step one, since you have zeroed in on the industry or the field of interest, you have to evaluate the specific jobs involved. Now you have write down all possible jobs related to that passion related to your passion or industry that you have decided. Don't leave anything assuming that would not be good for you just write each one of them that comes to your mind and that jobs involved according to your passion and industry. Once you have done with that, you have actually done with this step one, and in the next step, that is step two, the process is narrowing down the list to just two or three jobs that you are most interested in.
As I said, I call this your top three jobs. So write down then, once you have completed, you have completed step two, and we will be moving to the step three. In step three. On the left side of the sheet, you have your top three jobs, and the right side. It is blank as of now, and that's it. That's called your rating from one to 10.
Now in the state, just pick one, top three jobs a few. And imagine imagine introducing yourself with that profile of work to your friends, relatives and public. How do you feel? Are you excited? Do you feel proud of yourself? If yes, the question is then how much?
What is the level of happiness, excitement, pride. Make a note of each and write it down by writing them from one to two. Then on the right side of the sheet, as I said, and you need to repeat this exercise with the other two top jobs of yours, once you have done you have done with this step three, and the final step is step four, which is again the evaluation, see which one got the maximum rating? question yourself as to why you rated this one scope high. Why does it appeal to you so much. Now, you have some reason as to why this could be the right career or the right job of career for you.
