In today's episode, we're going to be teaching you how to fall safe ways that you can fall off your board and when you're trying tricks to make sure that you don't get injured, and you can try the trigger. Alright guys, today we're gonna show you a few techniques to help you stay safe out there and you're bored and avoid injury. I think one of the best ways to avoid injury is to roll it out. Whether it's a big fall or a smartphone, you can always roll it out. So when you fall guys, it's really important to focus on putting your arms are your feet out directly on stiffening. That's how you break your arms or you tear muscles that way. So you really want to be fluid and want to try to roll with the ball.
So whatever your whatever first dream is to hit the ground, focus on hitting the ground and rolling with it, keeping that momentum going. So it's not a straight impact to the ground. That's what really breaks your bones and really tears you This what you don't want to do, whenever you're falling down, try not to put your arm back like this. That's how it snaps. Try to if you're going backwards, try to pull your arm in and take it to the shoulder. I know it's still gonna hurt guys, but it's gonna be a lot less painful than breaking your arm, having to go to the emergency room, fix a broken arm, all that good stuff, you don't want to do it, trust me.
And for your legs and knees and your ankles. You always want to make sure to bend your knees when you land and absorb the impact our joints are for that's what our muscles are for is to take that impact. So when you land you really want to make sure to bend knees, knees, stay loose on the ankles. The tighter you are, the more possible it is to get a bad end. So you guys always want to make sure to stay loose. Make sure Stay hydrated, eat healthy food, greens, proteins, healthy proteins healthy brains.
