Hey guys, zakk Wylde here. Welcome to another episode of skate school. In today's episode, we're gonna be teaching you some different ways to stretch so you can prevent for getting injured. Try and find a flat spot to stretch out before every session, no matter what you're doing. Alright guys, let's get started. To get started find a flat open area that you can stretch in before your session.
A couple different stretches that are great for skating. Our leg stretches, shoulder stretches. ankle and calf stretches that stretches stretches before each session will definitely help you avoid any injuries.
