Okay, friends, so slowly, our whole nervous system and our whole body and everything start to open up and strengthen a little bit more, right. And we become able to focus more and to have a bit more of a relaxed open state of mind. And which is very important to become able to go deeper and deeper into full consciousness into full awareness and to start to become aware of deeper layers within ourselves. So by doing these wonderful practices, we become aware of more deeper layers of ourselves subtler layers of the self, right? First we can just only feel our body when we're actually touching it. Slowly we'll learn to develop to also when we are sitting completely still to feel, maybe the blood flow to feel maybe the nervous system or on a more subtle level also the awareness flow to the body than life energy flow into the body.
And also with our awareness, then we start to observe the mind which is constantly fluctuating, that we learn to go a little bit beyond the mind and start to notice that the mind is fluctuating but there's something deeper within with which we are having these thoughts with which we are experiencing these thoughts and feelings and emotion, a deeper state, which is always kind of imbalance. So we can kind of compare ourselves with with the three right if you have a three with the branches and let's say the top of the tree is the mind and when it's very windy, the tree is going like this and like our mind we sometimes feel like this and then like dead and then we have this thought and that thought and So many thoughts going all the time. And we feel a little bit like, give me a break here, right because it's constantly moving.
But through the practice of meditation and calm breathing exercises, we start to become aware also of the deeper, the more the deeper, more subtler layers of the cell. So we have also the branches, which are a bit more in stillness in the body, etc. Then we go a little bit deeper, we have also the trunk of the tree, like deeper consciousness, or the life energy that's flowing through the body. And then we go even deeper with our attention with our awareness through kind of the roots into the ground, kind of the source of our whole being, we're just constantly connecting with something greater than ourselves, and we feel this groundedness this solidness within as well. So even though in daily lives, when it becomes very stormy, sometimes the mind goes a bit from left to right. We still keep that inner balance because we identify ourselves not just with the mind, but also with a deeper sense of self within.
So, the important thing is not so much to try too hard. It's no more trying now it's just doing right to just sitting and being able to just be just be an accept everything as it comes. And as it goes also, again,
