Hello. So the following pranayama is kind of really spiritual breathing pranayama it's not so much about really having a technique or doing something very difficult. This is all with the mind, right that when we breed, we start to feel as if we're breeding in life as if we're breeding in consciousness, and that we are expanded by both physically and mentally as well. And then we breathe out, we release everything out. Now, in this breathing, we try to generate the feeling that we are part of something much greater than ourselves. We are part of everything Everything is actually one because with what Am I breathing now, with what am I moving my fingers?
What is that intelligence that makes me breathe, even if I'm sleeping? What is the energy that makes the wind move with me to the sunshine, everything is energy constantly in movement, it everything that I am right now was once earth. And what once was Earth was once the star long time ago, and everything is constantly moving, constantly changing is constant creation and destruction. And also the breathing in is receiving and letting go. And this goes off course a little bit deep and it's hard to just tell it in three minutes how it all works. But think for yourself.
What is the body that you have that you think is I it's just what you've been accumulating through the years what you've been eating, and after maybe hundred years, who knows? It's going to be Earth again. But with a deeper sense of self, that spirit kind of self. You are breathing. you're receiving life. Letting go live and letting go.
So trying to have that mindset, in this breeding practice, no difficult techniques, just with full attention, breathing in life consciousness and breathing out, releasing what you don't need. First, the breeding is going to be with a bit of effort, we're going to breed in very slow, breed out very slowly. But then after some time, we're going to let go of the breath. And breeding is something that we can do willingly, but it's also something that happens just by itself. Try stop breathing for a couple of minutes and you'll see that breathing comes by itself you even when you're sleeping, like I said before breathing is something that happens. So we try to let go then, of this effort to breathe.
And we let the breath happen is if we're being free to buy something greater In observing our own
