So, at the end of the session, it's good to always take really your time to kind of experience and feel what you've been doing. So instead of When the bell goes or whatever it is you jump up and you start doing right away what you were doing before maybe you start working or something were stuck at this take a little moment to just sit with whatever you're feeling the fruits of your work. And one wonderful way of finishing the session, you slowly start moving a bit the fingers and you feel how you're moving your fingers and then you move the body as you like or if you feel the legs are really tight, gently straighten the legs of it. And then rubbing their hands together in front of your forehead is taking a little moment to kind of make some here Heat in the hands to connect with your head and then placing the hands with the thumbs against the forehead and bring the full attention to this area here and generate the sense of feeling completeness state of oneness state of connection with something higher than yourself.
Please take some time to just feel that as if you're breeding like one thing, and then placing these hands as if they are kind of charged up with some warm but also some energy you place the palms over the eyes, you take a little moment to just look into that spaciousness, is it by looking into your palms, you become aware of the spaciousness within the universe within. Maybe you just look into the darkness which is actually full of colors. You see some colors, just keep looking for a couple of breaths into the air. Whenever you feel there was enough, you start massaging us the bit the eyes, the forehead tempo, if you're giving yourself a little mini massage, kind of energy massage going over the whole body like this.
