All right friends. So in this last part of the course, it's going to be really about just being able to observe the reality as it is. So not so much trying to influence anymore our state of body or a state of mind or how we feel, and try to become just feeling positive and optimistic or whatever it is, but becoming able to just sit with reality, as it is learned to scan through the body. We've learned. Now already in the past we created to focus our awareness to one point, and we're slowly going to start more to scan through the body and feeling what actually is. So now imagination of when we scan through the body of imagining our arm or imagining our hand or imagining our legs, but just what we can actually feel And that could be, for instance, the feeling of the T shirt touching the skin or it could be maybe the blood flowing through the body or it could be maybe the small little details or the pulsation of the heart beating in blood pressure, or all these fine little details.

But feeling what is actually there, and some feelings are pleasant, and some feelings are maybe unpleasant. And then learn also, to see the reaction of your mind on these things. There's different faculties of the mind. And one for instance, is the thinking mind thinking about the future or going back into the past with memory memorization, that part of the mind. Another part of the mind is the creative part of the mind. But one part of the mind which is very important, is the part of the mind which is always judging and comparing.

This is like this, but it could be like this or either Like this, but I don't like that. And like that always weighing kind of also in the present moment, all these feelings and sensations that we have. So with some sensations, we feel like wonderful, this is great, I want to keep this. And then we feel not a sensation. We don't like that and we pushed it away. And then we want the other sensation.

So we run after death sensation that we want to press and hold. And as soon as we lose, we feel like oh, no, and I'm losing it and then comes a feeling that I don't want to push it away. And then there is no peace of mind and there is no peace with him. So learn to kind of go beyond the mind to transcend the mind and learn to observe your own mind and then realizing who or what is observing this mind. This is pure consciousness, the true nature, beyond the mind quality. He's like comparing and judging, attachment and all these things result in suffering.

So, when we go beyond that we realize we're just pure being pure bliss in oneness with reality. One is with life as it flows
