For the next part, we are really going to start using the breath as a kind of tool to influence the other systems in the body. By strongly contracting and releasing the muscles in this area, we stimulate our digestive system nervous system, but also the blood flow in the body. And as we will learn further on in the course as well, we will start to learn to use our breath to connect with our mind and having a feeling of letting go and receiving, letting go and receiving. So with the breath, we will start to learn to influence all the other systems in the body as well. And again here, it's all about really having consistency in the practice. So in the beginning, maybe you don't feel so much happening or, but maybe just a little bit relaxed feeling and that is perfect.

In the morning session this week, either do strong yogic breathing or energy and consciousness awakening breath, whichever one you prefer. Just keep doing it every day. Don't eat for a day.
