We're going to do another nice session of Kabbalah, the Brownian. Now in this session, stop whenever you feel any discomfort of pain and find a rhythm that suits you. This could be one breath every two seconds or even up to two breaths a second. That's all good. Just don't hurry or force anything too much. Also feel for yourself whenever you had enough breaths.

That could be after 10 breaths. Maybe after 60 breaths. It's all good. Don't go over your limits. And after loosen up the whole breathing system. Feel the subtle effects on both the mind and the body.

Come into a comfortable sitting position. Mistake a little moment to center. Bring your full awareness to the moment. state of body state of mind. Take a couple of nice slow deep breaths and see with each breath in you're expanding. With each breath out, you're letting go a bit more.

Maybe you can relax a bit more. Face muscle, the shoulders, the arms. The spine lengthens. Your breathing muscles, your belly Your leg is centering. Next, we're going to do three rounds of capacity. We can start off the first round doing it nice and slow.

And after that, we're going to increase the speed. Make sure you're not doing it too forcefully. Learn to do it more and more subtle. Kind of effortless pumping a thick prepare for the first round. Make a nice reading Stop. Keep the whole body loose and open and use using the abdominal area like a pump.

And whether you're doing one breath every two seconds or breath a second or even faster, it's all good. But find for yourself a rhythm that you can do it effortlessly. You can keep the face muscles relax the shoulders relax. Just using the belly like a pump, contracting release, contract in release its bills Okay, just 20 more seconds. Relax, loosen up the muscles you've been using. taking a moment to let everything soften it really learning to become more and more aware of the finer sensations finer levels of your be.
