Hello friends, following pranayama is called bramante planning, which means the bees breath in which we close up our senses, our sight, our hearing, and we really bring the attention inward, we make a sound like a beat like me. And what this does what they call in yoga pratyahara is to bring the attention really inward, to close off our senses and to really start to bring our full awareness within to become more aware of what is happening actually inside what is happening, what is our self, what is our true nature and this is a wonderful preparation for meditation also, and it's quite simple, very harmless excited everybody can do. So the technique of primary pranayama is quite simple. Just place the index fingers over the eyebrows, the middle fingers over the eyes and the ring fingers underneath the eyes, and then the small fingers just on the edge here of the upper lip.

Right? So if that not now yet, but what you can hear me Of course, the thumbs in the air so that you really close up all your senses and try to keep the awareness around this area here in between the eyebrows, maybe you see some colors or something or some forms.
