We are now entering the most important chapter of this course, physiotherapy and exercise therapy for your knee pain. Each video will contain a different type of exercise that might be good for you. Depending on which injury you have. I will be sure to mention which injuries each exercise is good for. So be sure to listen at the beginning and see if it's good for you. If you have severe pain, make sure that you do lower intensity exercises.

I'll also let you know what type of intensity we're dealing with in each video. Put together for yourself some type of regiment and some type of routine to do these exercises at least three types of three times a week. If you can do the more That's better. I will also include a few documents with recommended with recommended exercise routines that you can use to put the exercises together and give yourself some type of routine that you go through to do This exercise, let's get right into it.
