So next section is about five common traits from great strategic thinkers. There's lots of research and studies of what are these great people, often big intrapreneurs have these skills, but also big leaders in the development world or, or not for profit. So what are these five threads, and then you can see how far you are from them. The first thread is that they're very open to feedback, they're open to listen, they don't really have a braid judgment on what the solution is or the the direction is. They're very open to listen to feedback from very diverse sources, they might be asking to somebody very low in your organization, a customer here a customer in, in other parts of the world. So openness is the number one, step two, now one, one threat.

They have the logic so the one plus one is two, they have that logic sense, but they have from an emotional part. is very important, the emotional part when you're thinking strategically, it's not just about numbers. It's about feelings to IQ EQ, super important threat. So try to balance both, then you can question a lot, you have to be extremely critical with yourself with the reality with the future with the current. So the current can we always improve. So that criticality, that challenging of the reality today and the future is another of the common threads of this great people, great thinkers.

They clear, once they've done this process, they create a compelling vision is is very important that at one point, when you're doing strategic thinking, you see the way you see something that makes sense that you can communicate to others and say, This is what I've decided, together with your feedback. Let's go that way. So that's very important. And the last thing threat is, once that vision is made, that decision is taken, they go for it. They again, they're very disciplined. There is laser focus on on the execution on the implementation.

And it might not be easy will not be is never easy, but they make it they keep the focus and they stay on track until it's achieved. So that's the five great strategic thinking.
