Welcome to the last section of my course. So section six is about the project canvas. So it's a framework I've developed in order to allow anybody to manage projects in a very simple way. And so I'm going to go section by section. The first part is just an overview of the of the canvas. It's based on thousands of projects, our sense of hours of analysis, and what works based on the pitfalls that we discussed before has been using the projects that we've seen successful.
So it's basically based on four big areas. First, is what I call the why the why of the project, which is the rationale, the business case and the passion. Why do we do it? The second part is the whole so who's going to take care who's accountable who's responsible? That's the second part. absolutely important as well to cover and then what You see in the picture, then the biggest part is what the how in the world?
So what's the project going to be doing? What? How is it going to be done? What's the solution we're going to bring? How's the airport going to look? Or how's the city going to look like or the system or the website and buy one.
So the part of the timing is included in this dimension, and then also the soft skills. So how can you engage people how you communicate? How do you manage the stakeholders that we're going to be seen in the third section of the canvas? And the last part is, is more environmental? Where is the project taking place? How much support do we get from the organization?
What kind of priorities so that's what we're going to be covering the last section of my course the project Canvas, based on four dimensions. We're coming next
