Something that a lot of writers talk about is the importance of finding your voice. To me, I think that finding your voice is really a side effect writers voice is their style. It's the way they write that when you read them, you're like, Oh, this is so you know, like this writer or that writer. But the wait, find your voice is really doing the work of writing and writing and especially finishing what you start. If you do that enough times, gradually going to develop a way of writing to you. It's going to be pretty much a side effect of all the work you've put in, and the stuff that you've done from start to finish.
Voice is a side effect of writing diligently.
