Okay, so somebody is hitting you up against the wall, you do have options if they have pins with your shoulders to the wall. I'm here, notice his arms, they're really long. So again, I'm going to secure I'm coming up and during that half moon to the curve of the elbow. So I'm here. I brought him down. And then from there, I want him to look away from me down to the ground.
Okay. Let's say that he actually has your arms. And you have a really hard time with this. You don't know exactly what to do. Remember the wax on wax off thing? I'm taking my hands both hands coming up straight up, interact, okay?
Okay, so it's notice that I had a tough time, but I kept on going. So if you just keep on going in that circular motion, you're going to eventually get out of it. And he's holding up with the seven index finger anytime that there's any ground that you way to get out is through the roof. Just coming up, backs off. I saw two hands like this and out. Yes.
She's tall, I'm sure what is my body up against the wall and we'll just pretend for now that my legs are touching the ground. Something that I know I've heard a lot of people have been wanting to know how to do count against. So first thing you want to become dead weight. So you're just going to lift your legs up even higher and then drop down. So from here your body's Going to be down. He's trying to basically keep you in place he's holding on.
And then from there you can see here and bring him down to the. Okay. So how you make this work is if somebody is picking you up against the wall, they have their hands on their shoulders. And basically what you're doing is you're coming up securing because you don't want their arm going anywhere when you're doing this move. I'm coming up between the arms. I'm here and you know the grip of the elbow.
That's what you're doing here, cupping it. So I'm here to secure I come up, I cup it and then From there, I have this person in a lock. So their arm, this part of their arm is flush against my chest. So I'm secured here. And since this is secure, I can let go this next step, I'm coming in, I'm pushing that person's face away from me, I don't want them to look at me. So I'm here I'm pressing at their face.
And then the next step, if we were to do a takedown is secured here, I'm pressing away, I'm coming up with my hand, some bring my hand up the face up and around and down. Notice I took a step back when I did that. So how this would look again, is we've got somebody securing right here. I'm securing one hand, it doesn't matter which hand they do it this way. It's probably better. Whatever foot is forward, that's the ham you want to use so just fits for the left foots for this hand is securing This is for the right hand is for securing.
There we go. All right. So I secure here I come up in between the arm, I cup it. So I'm bringing it down here, and I have some flesh to my chest. Again, I'm coming up. And if you need to, you can step in.
You don't want to be too far away when you're doing this. So they wanted to be close. They get to be close. I'm coming in and pressing their face away. And then I'm bringing it up, around and down. Do it again.
All right. Again, 10 tips to add to the dead weight and covet, let's say that your feet on the ground or after you've done the dead weight. Your feet are now on the ground. And I've secured I've kept it, you can take a step forward towards your opponent, not like a huge step, but just to step forward and pivot here. And that'll also help with taking them down to the ground. For the arm pin, wax off, move, basically all it is is somebody has you up against the wall, and they're pinning your arms.
Basically, you're going to take your hands and shoot them Up, around and down. And if you need to, they're a little bit bigger, they're really strong grip up, around and you can take the knife portion of your hand and come down. Again, up, around and down, up, around and down. All right, go for it. So this is the deadweight and covet one. Again, if somebody is pressing you up against the wall, especially if you're shorter, like me, and they're pressing you up against the wall, and your feet are dangling, you're just gonna become deadweight.
So that'll give a little jolt, then what you're going to do is secure so I'm about to do a Move on his arm, I don't want this arm to go anywhere. So I'm securing his arm. They come in, I cup it, and then I'm turning my shoulder. And it's just this movement here. That is either going to make them move off to the side. So to give you an opportunity to run away, or this movement can actually take someone down to the ground, as you saw in my demo.
So practice that 10 times consecutively. Try each day. And you'll get it. It's coming along. Awesome. To add to the dead weight and carpet, let's say that your feet on the ground, or after you've done the dead weight, your feet are now on the ground.
And I was secured. I've kept it you can take Step forward towards your opponent, not like a huge step, but just to step forward and pivot here and that'll also help with taking them down to the ground.
