It's the bonus round. So we are in class eight. We are doing the wrist throat. This is one of my personal favorites, which is why it's in here for the class. But it is an intermediate move. It's not something that you would just automatically learn like the wax on wax off.
It takes a little extra time, but if you do it right, it can be one of the most effective moves you'll learn. So for here, there's the inside rescrub. So if somebody is doing an inside risk grab, if somebody is doing an outsider scrub they're grabbing from the outside, double handed graph, double risk Graph. Okay. Okay, there we go. Okay, so we're going to start out with an inside risk graph.
And again, whenever you're doing this, you just want to make sure that you're relaxing because if you tense up, it's going to be a lot harder for you to do this move. So I'm here I'm doing an inside risk graph, palm down. I'm grabbing the meat of the hand. So I'm sliding in between my own arm and underneath their thumb, and then I'm taking my thumb and going behind the hand. So here, palm down, grab, twist off, and notice I'm twisting out of his hand, my hand in his hand are going the same direction. I'm going to twist down to my hip and he's going to slip out when he feels pain.
Just go down to the ground. All right, there we go. slapped my hand. Don't do that if you're with your partner. Okay? Awesome.
Notice I'm handing this out, this wouldn't normally happen. Somebody's just going to grab your wrist and pull or your arm and pull. So basically, I can't tell an attacker, I'm sorry, I only know the inside risk graph here. You now have to grab me from the inside because that's the counter doesn't work that way. What we're going to do outside risk up, palm up like you're holding a teacup, swing the hand underneath, and remember What we were doing before we were going in between the arm and their hand, same thing, only I'm going between my hand and their hand. And it's the same part, I have my four fingers under his thumb, I have my thumb behind his hand, I'm twisting out.
And then from there, my hand in his hand or opposite directions. I'm going to twist, twist, twist, twist down to my hip, and he's going down to the ground. Excellent. Okay, so, when attackers attacking you, you're not necessarily going to be like, here, my arms Take me away, you might have your hands down. So if somebody's coming in, and they're attacking you, hands down. You're going to do the exact same thing, palm up, like you're holding a tea cup and it's actually a great thing that's really close to your body.
You can use Use your body to secure if you need to. I'm swinging the hand underneath, routing the meat of the hand and twisting out, my hand in their hand is going the opposite direction. And I'm bringing it down, down, down, they're on their knees, they're twisting down to the ground. So I know that these moves, they're very flexible with what you can do. You can do some of these moves from that I've showed you before from all of Telegraph, even though I showed you as a risk graph, or a chokehold. There's lots of different variations that you can do.
So here, in this situation, I'm going to do my palm down, grab the meat of his hand. I'm here and peeling off so I've got one hand and then I'm twisting so he can hold on if you want. wants to that's fine. I'm bringing him down to my hip. And from there, what I might do is I might take a step and bring him down to the ground. All right, yes.
This one for the wrist thrill. It doesn't matter which hand I go for. All you're doing is you're going to pick a hand. So I'm going to pick my left hand his right hand, I'm doing palm up like I'm holding a teacup. I'm swinging this hand underneath, grabbing the meat of the hand and I'm peeling off again. Easiest way to get out of any move is between the thumb and the index finger.
So I'm twisting out My hand in his hand or opposite directions, I'm going over top of his hand, I'm not grabbing hold of a sand, I'm not securing his hand, I'm not holding on to his fingers. I am just lightly guiding his hand down to my hip. And from there if I need to, I can step in and take that person down the graph. very violent. So sorry. Alright, so showed you a bunch of different variations of one move, which is really good for you to know.
Because a lot of these moves and teaching you. Like I said before, you can use them on different graphs. All right. The point is, I want you to think outside of the box. Instead of thinking, oh my god, what do I do? I want you to be able to think, Oh my gosh, which moves do I want to use?
There's a lot inside risk graph inside your script, we'll do it on this side. Inside risk grab, but I'm going to do is palm down. I'm coming straight in, like a sea or a lobster. I'm coming straight in, grabbing a hold, peeling off. And then I have this person here. I'm coming up, around and down.
Okay, so if we're practicing this at home, we don't have anybody. What I'm going to do is we have the palm up, like we're holding a teacup. And this works if I am doing a double handed grab, where they are doing an outside risk graph. So outside risk graph palm up, like I'm holding a teacup, swing the hand underneath to grab the meat of the hand. So they're there. And we're twisting off.
Okay? And then from there, I'm feeling this handout. I'm taking over and guiding this hand down. So going over top of the hand, getting this head down to my hips. All right, again, Tom up, swing underneath, grab the meat of the hand, peel off, and guide down. palm up, peeling underneath the hand, my hand in their hand, opposite direction, bringing it down to make it if I need to, I can take a step.
And from there, it's this hip motion. No secure hips Don't lie. We're doing this Hear I'm turning, and then they're going to go down to the ground. Please leave your right. So if they're doing a double handed graph, doesn't matter if my hands are right here, my hands are right here is the right here or right here, I'm just bringing my hand up. Good.
Like I'm holding a Chica. Swing the other hand underneath throughout the meat of the hand, they might be holding on to this hand, but that is okay by me. I'm here, I'm twisting off. So I'm grabbing the meat of the hand. Remember neither the hand either the hand so I may come behind here, working it out. Underneath, grab them either the hand peel off my hand in their hand, is going the opposite direction and I'm bringing it down to my hip.
Alright, so if they're doing a double handed grab, doesn't matter. My hands right here, my hands right here is the right here or right here, I'm just bringing my hand up. Good. Like I'm holding a teacup, swing the other hand underneath, grab me to the hand, they might be holding on to this hand, but that is okay by me. I'm here I'm twisting. Awesome.
Grabbing the meat of the hand. Remember neither the hand either the hand so my thumb behind here, working it out, underneath, grabbed me to the hand, peel off, my hand in their hand, is going the opposite direction and I'm bringing it down to my hip.
