Okay, so we're gonna go over a couple of different moves, the first one we'll do is just gonna relax my hand. Okay? So we're coming around and down. If you've watched Karate Kid, there's the wax on, wax off. And basically all you're going to do is relax your hand. Another thing that I'm doing is I'm offsetting my piece or one foot facing towards him and another foot facing in a 45 degree angle.
And I'm just going to come up, around and down. And we'll also call that a princess with when I'm working with younger, younger ladies. So again, just coming up around and Yeah, all right, so this is sent as well. All right, so, Eric, just relax your hand. One foot facing towards one another for 45 minutes. Okay, you're just gonna come up around in a circle and that's awesome.
Yeah. So yeah. Yeah, let's do it. Yeah. So the next one is come around this way. And so instead of going inside, we're going outside.
Okay. Great. The next one is inside rescrub because obviously you can't give your attacker and be like, sorry, I just filled it out said what can you attack me for me? So we're going to have an inside risk graph. Are you going to do the same thing circular motion all the way around. Okay.
And circular motion all the way around. So, inside outside circular motion wax on wax off. relaxing and you can start a little bit too. There you go. So last up around. Good.
Excellent. Easy. Going, ah, okay, great. The next one is a double handed route. So basically, again, like I said, You can't just look at him and be like, I'm sorry. So outside inside.
So you're just gonna shake your own hand, come up, and out and then strike Okay, again, I'm relaxing my hand. I wrote the other hand between his abs and interlacing my hands together, my fingers and come up and strike. Excellent. Get up and stretch themselves is another outside ground. So let's say that we're having trouble with the laptop like saw or we forget it and we need something different. All I'm going to do is bring my hand up, like I'm holding a T cap, and swinging my hand underneath and grabbing the meat of the hands.
So I talked about May introduction video meet in the hands underneath the thumb and putting my thumb behind his hand. Okay, so I'm bringing it out and my hand and his hand are going in the opposite direction. And I'm just twisting it down to my hip. Okay, that look like this. Hopefully you're holding a teacups man underneath and grab a piece of the hand, twist out and bring it to your head. So this would come in here to your head.
There we go. Yeah, a lot of people make the mistake of actually coming up like this. This is more of a belly dance thing. Not necessarily something that you want to do when somebody is attacked. You're bringing it down and other people lock their elbow right here. You want to actually bring it down so that your hand is right at your guiding guide into your head.
Good. Excellent. Okay, this is good. It's really important that you do it multiple times when you're practicing because it is going to take a lot of time for you to actually get them correct. It's good to alternate hands. Because like I said, you can't look at a person and say, Oh, I only have done the right hand.
So we're gonna just swim in and grab them even the hand, you're twisting out doing an awkward hello to the camera and coming around and to my head. And notice he's off balance and I'm afraid not coming down and forward and bringing him down and his hand to my head. Okay, so kind of like holding a good swing the hand underneath either the hand, Eric, good or warmer, the thumb goes behind the hand. Good. Twist the hand out. Excellent.
And guide the hand to. Right. Okay, so yeah, I mean it takes time. And a lot of people think that, you know, just because I'm doing it you have to learn it overnight. Definitely not that way. Also, it's not all Russian either.
Yeah. Feels good. Okay, so the next one and like I said, Every move with every move different body types. There's certain moves that are more effective than others. So if those wax on wax off isn't working like this and he's resisting and I'm having a really hard time. I can go the opposite direction.
If the wax on wax off, I'm having a really tough time here. Oh my gosh, it's set up to the hand and I'm twisting down. There we go. All right, guys. Alright, so I am at my house no longer the studio, although I like that studio. Here's some things that you can do at home because I know there's certain times when you want to practice and nobody's going to be there.
Or they just don't want to have you attack them or do a counter anyway. So here are some different stretches that you can do and these stretches they turn into the self defense techniques that you learned. So the first One is right hand, pinky toe, chest, left hand it swings underneath the hand looks like this. Well, the thumbs are going in the same direction, notice that okay and the fingers are under the thumb. So my left fingers are under my thumb, and I put my left thumb on the back of my hand twisting out and I'm doing an awkward Hello. Okay.
So this works for if you were going to do a wrist throw. Basically, that's the one where somebody is doing an inside rescrub outside risk grab, doesn't matter double handed grab. I'm just coming over, I'm grabbing the meat of the hand. I'm putting my hand on top of theirs and I'm bringing it to my hip. That's this stretch right here. So you can do this multiple times a day.
You only Want to do it for 30 seconds at a time. So we only fingers up to three seconds and bring it down more and I'll breathe out. And that's fine too. You can maybe do this 123 times each hand. So I'm here. Right hand finger, you just have 10 swings underneath me to hand twist out.
Hello. Say hello to yourself. Be nice, pick me up. Okay, so you shake it out. The next one. Remember how I told you to grab the fingers if you can grab hold of any fingers and twist them up.
All you're gonna do is bring your hand out and twist back just like this. Maybe not as far as I can go but just as far as you can
