Hello, and welcome to day seven, the final day of the releasing the resistance challenge helping you get unstuck, so you can go with the flow. And I just want you to really pat yourself on the back and congratulate yourself for coming this far. Because the majority of people that sign up for courses actually never make it to the end. So I just want you to recognize that you have done a great thing for yourself by sticking with it. So how have you found the seven days so far? Have you been enjoying EFT?

Have you been loving the decluttering? What about the forgiveness work? Are you noticing some shifts in your life energetically and maybe as a maybe you're noticing things that you're attracting into your life as a result of shedding those layers of resistance. I'd love to hear your feedback on that. So yeah, I hope that you've been going well keep doing those tools that we've already spoken about. Because they are really powerful, especially when combined.

Today's challenge is really, really simple. It's about having fun, and we have fun because we want to raise our vibration In the quickest, most easiest and most fun way possible, what do I mean by raising your vibration? Well, if you imagine a scale of emotion that runs from zero down at the bottom, to 1000, at the top, with 500, halfway, right at the bottom of the scale down at zero or close to zero, are emotions like depression, grief, guilt, shame, apathy and hopelessness. And they're really dense, sticky emotions. You know, when you just don't feel good, you feel really heavy and dense. You don't, there's no kind of lightness about it.

You tend to just attract more crap into your life, and it's just not a very good place to be sitting. Anger is about 150 off the scale. Love is about 500 gratitude sits at around 707 50. So it's really important to find things to be grateful for because that will really shift you up the emotional scale really quickly, as well. finding things that you love. So things that you love to do people that you love to hang around.

If you adore look Get your dog like Heidi, she just literally opens up my heart, I absolutely adore her. So all of those kind of things will help raise your vibration. Right at the top of the scale around 1000 our emotions like joy, enlightenment, peace, contentment, those kind of emotions. So you can imagine that it'd be hard to get from feeling depressed or hopeless, or in a state of anger, to feeling joy and enlightenment. What we want to be doing is easing our way up the scale. So you know, if you're in depression, anger is quite a bit higher up.

So can you imagine getting angry at something or someone you probably could. The goal is not to stay there for very long and it's not to take it out on someone either. It's just about getting angry, which you know, there's lots of energy and passion in the anger. And then quickly shifting up the scale to boredom. Boredom is a pretty neutral emotion and from there you can go either up or down. So what we want to do is to Having fun is really quickly and easily shifting our way up the emotional scale.

Because when you have fun, it's a really high vibration. So the worksheet today contains a list of ideas of things that you might find fun to do. But I really encourage you to write your own list or just add to the list of already written. So sometimes when we're stuck in resistance, and we're stuck in those crappy energies, we might ordinarily have a whole heap of things that we might find fun to do. But in that moment, we might feel really stuck with remembering what we find fun to do. So when you have a list, and you can keep adding to it when you find new fun things to do, but when you have that list, and you're stuck in that feeling, again, you can just refer back to that list and pick something from the list that you find fun to do, and then go and do it.

So today is all about having fun, as well as incorporating in the tools that you've already learned to just help you shed any more layers of resistance. There's one more video after this, which is like a wrap up video.
