Hello and welcome to day five of the releasing the resistance challenge to help you get unstuck and go with the flow. How did you get on with your decluttering? Did you make a start? If so, well done. If you haven't, then write down one thing that you can start decluttering today, I swear, every time I start decluttering I just get on a massive roll. If you're struggling with the resistance towards that, then figure out what's your favorite music, what's your favorite tune, get it cranking in the house really, really loud.

Have some wine, having espresso wherever you need to do just start decluttering because there's so much power in it. Once you do it, you'll start seeing more abundance flowing into your life. It really is powerful. So today's topic on day five is about forgiveness. And forgiveness is really about mental and emotional decluttering I have hundreds of tools at my disposal. And if there's just one tool that I was allowed to use for the rest of my life, forgiveness would be it is that powerful.

I've really seen the difference in my life. As a result of using forgiveness work. So what we'll be doing today is based on a Hawaiian Metro called hope on a Pono, which is a mantra for reparation, healing and forgiveness. You basically repeat the statements, I love you. I'm sorry, please forgive me or I forgive you, or I forgive myself. And thank you.

So you say I love you because the Love is a really high vibration. You say I'm sorry for my quad planets, I forgive you or I forgive myself or Please forgive me because it's about forgiveness and releasing the resentment, energy that's in your energy field about that thing, whether it's resentment, anger, bitterness, whatever it might be. And you say thank you for the lessons that this has taught me, because there's always a lesson in something that needs to be forgiven. So the the exercise today is basically writing down specific memories of things that you know, still stuck in your energy field about a particular topic. If you started this resistant challenge with a particular topic in mind, so if you're feeling resistance, about Your, your relationship, for example, then focus writing down memories about your current relationship or past relationships, maybe even your relationship with yourself and start there.

If you're feeling resistance around your career, then start focusing the forgiveness memories on topics to do with your career. Maybe bosses or ex bosses or times when you've been neglected a promotion or whatever it might be. Start writing that stuff down. So you don't need to go into detail with a story you just write down bullet points, enough of a reminder that, you know that brings up memory to light for you. And then what you do is you kind of call up the energy in your body that stuck. And then you think who do I blame for that?

Who do I blame for that particular memory. You might blame a person or an institution or a group of people. You might even blame yourself you might blame all of the above. And then folks to forgiveness work towards each other. involved, you just need to repeat this mantra in your head. And sometimes you need to repeat it a couple of times.

But most of the time, I find I just need to do it once, maybe twice. for particular sticky topics, I do it a few times. And then I kind of feel that resistance energy leaving my body in some way. So have a look at the worksheet. I explain everything about what to do in there. And it can be a pretty meaty topic.

I wouldn't start with the thing that is the most triggering to you. I'd start with something lighter. Don't go to the biggest thing first is my advice to start shedding the surface layer stuff because once you do that, you start noticing how much lighter you feel. You also kind of get an urge to declutter your physical space once you've done a bit of emotional mental decluttering. That's what I find anyway. And then at some point you think are well, I've had some amazing results from releasing resistance through this forgiveness work.

Now I'm ready to tackle that big thing that I've been avoiding. So give it a go. It's an amazing tool. If it sounds we went out there anyway, that's cool. Just give it a go. It's not gonna hurt is it?

So really try out, write a list of at least five things and do some kind of forgiveness work every day. Do EFT every day do decluttering every day do some kind of forgiveness work every day because the power of those three things combined, I swear is seriously magical and abundance will start flowing to you as a result. You'll get unstuck really quickly, you'll have clarity around where to next. You're really just one step into going with the flow and having fun and enjoyment in life.
