Hello and welcome to day six the releasing the resistance challenge helping you get unstuck so you can go with the flow. day six already Can you believe it? How are you going with all the tools that I've been teaching you so far? How are you going with EFT and decluttering? Is your physical space a bit lighter? And is your emotional state a bit lighter?
How are you going with the forgiveness work? Chances are there are a few niggly things coming up for you just keep tapping through it. Just keep thinking what more is there to release in this area? What more can I declutter? What more can I forgive and just stick with it because the end result is totally worth it. So today's focus today six is really simple.
It's about spending time in nature. Quite often when we're stuck in resistance energy and when we are not feeling flow, and when we're a bit stressed out and tense. We kind of forget that spending time in nature is a really simple way that we can just get grounded again. Remain present. And release some of the light was that sticky resistance energy. That's there.
My favorite place to go to is the beach when I'm not feeling good, sticking my toes on my feet in the salt water, which is a powerful transmitter of negative energy, and just letting the waves wash over me and every time I feel that water come in, you know, I take a nice deep breath and as the water goes out, I breathe out and I breathe out all the resistance energy into the sea. You can do that wherever you are. So if you're standing on the grass outside somewhere in the park or in your garden, then you can imagine breathing in all the love and all the Pierce in the air and breathing out all the resistance energy through your feet going deep into the earth to transmute into more positive energy. So wherever you're near nature, just get to the closest body of nature, even if that's just sitting in the sunshine in your backyard.
If you're not fortunate enough to have sunshine around you today, then and then just find a body of water even if that's your bath, you know, just water can be classed as nature but do try and get outside. Even if it's cold. Go for a walk or go for a run. Take your dogs for a walk. Take your kids to the park like busy with them, whatever it might be, just spend some time in nature today. keep tapping, keep decluttering keep doing forgiveness.
These tools are really good when they're all combined together. They're amazing on their own, but the power of them combined is also really good. And you can basically do all of these tools while you're spending time in nature as well. So give it a go today. Just hang out in nature, have fun, even if it's 10 minutes if that's all you can get, that's better than nothing. Just be grounded, be present and be connected to you and just marvel at all the amazing things that are around you really look deeply at the leaves and the trees and the branches and the ground and live abundance of grass.
It's all around you the abundance of sand on the beach, whatever it might be, just step back into that that place of wonderment at nature. As if you're a little kid looking at you know through your eyes at nature for the first time. So enjoy today. It's kind of a rest day but it's not enjoy day six and I will catch you tomorrow.
