So last but not least in this section, I want to include a free bonus. And maybe you've already come across this document in some content I've given you or maybe you haven't. But regardless, I wanted to make sure you had this little cheat sheet on how to collect liability insurances. So even if you're doing a just day of client, if you may be having to collect insurance certificates from the vendors. So most venues will require yourself and vendors to provide generally a million dollar policy, and they generally have very specific wording that they want listed on the certificate. So after years of going back and forth and emailing this vendor and emailing that vendor, I have now finally compiled like step by step instructions for like the most efficient way to collect all these insurances because it's such an annoying tasks that we have to do.
And it made it really easy for me to pass this task on to interns or other assistants in my office and have there be no confusion. So you have it as a download. I'm not going to, you know, read through the whole thing. But basically, you're going to reach out to the venue, find out who they already have on file and who they don't because they already may have some certificates on file, because they last an entire year. So you're going to find out who they have on file who they don't, then you're going to email all the vendors in one email, not individually, copy and paste the wording that they mean and then essentially follow up so you have you know, step one, step two, step three, step four, I think it should all make pretty good sense. But if you have any questions, feel free to comment them below and I'd be happy to get back to them and I really hope you enjoy this download.
