Samantha lagged behind in her work because she felt distracted by an endless supply of emails. her boss, Jenna noticed that work wasn't turned in and wants to honor the problem. Once by emails and with no routine to keep her productive and read her emails, Jenna suggested setting up a system to control the flooded emails and to allow Samantha to get herself in here and complete her tests. They set up a reminder on the computer that would ring loudly to alert her to a five minute time like every hour to check the progress and then dig deeper into her work without distractions and decide she should only peek at our email three times a day, instead of being glued to her screen all day long.
