Hello, in this video I will start talking about with the notation which will be used to build your process. As I said before that to build your process you will use some notation, I will try to quickly to go through most of the notation which I always use during developing a process at least you will have an idea what is the capability of the BPM and what can I do in this process. So, first I will start with activity The most important thing which you always use is a surface activity this surface activity you can be used to code our surface. So, if you have a surface in the system and the in the in the flow or in the process want to send some parameter to this web surface and you will receive output from this web surface and depending on this output, you will decide which was a flow you will do.

So, to cool our surface we use a surface notation, I will show you by into this course, I will develop a complete BPM process and I will show you how you can use the surface to call a web surface send and receive just as used to call beaver process or you can call another process here to send this off some information to the process. And once the process finish, it will return the result and you'll receive this result from the received notation. So, this is a sent and received business rule. One of the most important one most important but one of the good feature here is the PIP m set. You can have a different rule and depending on the specific rule you will decide the flow which you will go like if you have some combination of a check. For example, if you have to register new employees in the company depending on the age and the salary is a combination between age and salary, you will decide if this registration need to be approved or not.

But there is an Option during the process, you can automatically update the task using this update notation. This is in the activity notation. I will go for the next one was interactive notation, I just will talk about the things which are used which is a user for information, voting and initiator for the user.

Here to assign any task to our user or if you want any human action to be done during the flow, you will use a user notation and I will show you how to use it during the final process. For your information. This is just a human task the user will have no option to do just okay just to give him some information, he can update any bureaus he can do in action. Voting is if you want to make a lack of voting during your process, you want to take some voting from some new source and depending on the vote result, you will decide which parts of flow can go initiate or as you can see here, the initiator is the human task, which will initiate the process. So, as you can see in this process has only one notation one sheet on addition, it means this process will be initiated, once the user manually initiate the process using human task This is is the interactive notations.

Third is notification actually I use only minification. So, I will show you how you can send the mail or how you can use this mutation is the process catch and throw this is mutation. So, if you want the process to be initiated or to be started from a web surface, you can use a start message catch message, if the user will be initiated, if there another process will throw a message. So, if another person throw message, the other process will catch this message and will be initiated. So, this is like a process will be initiated from another process. So, this is a throw and catch process will throw message other verses will catch this message and it will initiate will be start the process. This is for end if you want to, you have here it means this is in no non it means process will be in terminated nothing The books will be sent in message it means if you call this process from another process, the other process will end by sending a message to you as you will receive this message.

This is for endings of process. So, gateway we have here exclusive data gateway it means this is a no Mar gateway you will say it depends on a specific condition I will close this bus or not and I will show you how you can use this this is a parallel gateway if you want your flow go in the same time in twos two bosses in the same time you will go for Baron complex gateway, it can be used for making some condition if you have two or three bosses and if you want one of if the one of the boss is successful, you want to terminate the other bending boss and continue.
