Hello. So, now, we are ready to start for developing the second BPM application. As I said last video is that in this application we will learn new more things. So, first let us talk about this second application what actually is a process which we will develop. So, we will develop this process, this process is for supply chain management system. So, that process will initiate by the user who will create requisition for a specific product for example, I need to buy any product or an item with a quantity.
So, once I create this request, it would go for requisition approval. This process called CLI is initiated by human action, but actually we will change this to make the process initiated from our web service call. So, like in the mobile application, like e commerce on by application user will select the product will take the quantity and width brushes the product and then it will call this web surface and web surface will initiate the BPM process. So once the BPM is initiated it will go for requisition approval. requisition approval will check the item and quantity and we'll approve it once it is approve it. It will go to check the stock if if this item is exist or this quantity is exists or not.
If it is not an item or item quantity is not exist and the stock it will go for a loop. Maybe we can find it's three round and it will wait maybe For this demo we can wait for maybe 30 seconds and check if the stock can be updated or not. If the user in the stock side updates the quantity this loop will get out and it will repair the requisition and send notification and the process with will be ended. But in case after the three round ends, there is no no our quantity is the quantity is not available in the stock. It will we send the request to the supplier Xin supplier will repair this item and sent back again he is the receiver will receive this product and just check it everything is okay he will approve it. After that it will should update the stock and also it'll update the stock it will rebuild the requisition and Burberry's acquisition will withdraw the product the quantity from the stock And it will send notification to the requisition ER and the process will be sent.
So, this is the process which we need to develop the first new thing which we will do is this process will initiate it using a web surface score. Second thing is we will use this script notation to initialize or anchor or insure some variables. Third think we will have like this is a catch error condition on the web surface that if those surface is down was a surfer of those surface which is a web surface is deployed is not available, some connection error or the web surface in any exception, we need to catch this exception. And here I will call a mother process and this is a fourth thing which we will learn during this new example. We have we can call like reusable process and this reason versus can be called anytime during the main process. Then we will learn how you can use this catch event or a timer, which you can make the process to wait for a specific variant and then we'll make for another check and so on.
