All right, so welcome back to natural age reversal using products in your kitchen. Everything I'm showing you here are things that you can eat now doesn't mean you want to eat them. I don't know if they taste that great. But the thing is you'll never see harmful if swallowed or any of of those disclaimers or warnings when you use natural products. But this next oil, black seed oil, you actually can eat it and you should now look at this dark dark bottle. You want to keep it in a dark bottle.

So I'm going to pour a little bit out so you could actually see the color and I'm going to teach you how to pick good black seed oil because again, like most of the products, I'll show you, you can find them on the open market they tend to be low quality at a high price for my students I get bulk because they all order at the same time and then I put it in Smaller jars so they can all have it at a decent price. So that's what this is okay. I also put a label you probably can't see it that well, but it tells some of the internal and external uses for black seed oil. I showed you some other oils I showed you an emu oil and I showed you and if you were to buy it, I'll put it in a dark bottle.

That's what it looks like if you buy it. But I want you to see through it and see the containers. black seed because you do take it inside I don't like to put it in the light container but emo argon and black seed all of them you can take internally but the only one I actually take internally is black seed to pour a little bit out and I want you to look at the color. Can you see it? p color Pickler when you haven't drink enough water, that's kind of what it is. And so some black seed oil is going to be dark and you'll be like, Okay, no problem because black seed oil, it should be dark.

Okay, so here's I want you to see argan oil, and you can you tell the black seed oil is just a little bit darker and a little thicker than argon oil. This is good stuff that's pure. Another way to know if you've got good black seed oil, you smell it. It should have a very, very faint gasoline smell or even no gasoline smell. This one doesn't really smell a lot like gasoline, but you can recognize a little bit of it. But this is pretty clear and a clean product.

If it hits you like boom, gasoline. It's a cheap product with a lot of other crap in it. And that's what you'll find all over everywhere. I have black seed oil that's dark brown, and you can boil it and cook I make soaps and some other things in which case allow the impurities boil off. But for internal consumption you want the really clean stuff. This black seed oil can people report that it shrinks tumors, it grows hair.

Now if your hair is already thick, don't use a new shampoo because you don't need thicker hair. If you really got thick hair, you can put it all over your body as lotion. But do you want to grow hair all over your body? Most people don't. So that's why I recommend the argan oil over the black seed oil for lotions and makeup because you probably don't want to grow a lot of hair on your face. So don't put black seed oil on your face.

However, in places where you have no hair follicles like the bottom of your feet, scrape for moisturizer there, but I take this internally. So this is just water Put it with the black seed oil and I drink it. I wouldn't say it tastes good but it's not bad. And about a tablespoon in the morning in the evening is enough. If you have an element like a tumor and you're trying to shrink a tumor, you might want to go one to two tablespoons, but listen to your body. If you have some type of ailment, if you're trying to lower blood pressure, which is one of the reasons I like to take it, you're going to feel like pains.

You know, you might take it for a couple days and you'll have a sharp sharp pain. It's pushing something out, cleaning you out. Okay, so just kind of live with it for a couple of days and you know it's working. And you might want to go like, four or five days on then take two days off. Don't just take it everyday straight with no break because it is the oil and your body has To break it down, okay? You can drink it and then you can have more water behind it.

That's what I'm going to do. You can put black seed oil and your orange juice in your coffee or just in straight water. Okay, internally, they say it's good for diabetics because it helps your pancreas. If you like to order for me, I put a label on the front because you know, I got a mosquito bite and it just didn't occur to me. I can use these oils for a mosquito bite Can you be use for rashes you can be used when you change a baby. I don't always think about that, right.

So I like to write it down the internal uses the benefits if you drink it like I just did, or you can put it on the outside as well. But remember, only put it where you want to grow hair. Don't don't just put it all over. But this is another great product for men that want to grow out their beard or mustache. Or if you have, you know your your hair is starting to go you want to thicken it back in, you know try this product, great for age reversal but they say that there's 100 uses for this 100 benefits they call it a miracle oil.
