Okay, so far our relationship has been pretty smooth and easy. I've told you stuff, you get to sit back, relax, watch it. Agree, maybe make a note. That's been easy. Well, now, I'm gonna ask you to do something. And I know from experience, most of you are not going to want to do it.

Most of you won't do it. But here's really where you decide, are you going to get a lot out of this course or a little? If you want to get the most value out of this course, I need you to do something for me that isn't just sitting back clicking and watching videos. I need you to record yourself speaking. I don't care what the subject is. The subject doesn't matter yet.

I just need you to talk about for one minute or so something about your business, your product, your service, your campaign, whatever it is you do. I want you to talk for a minute and recorded on video. Don't worry about it being a professional videographer, you can just pull up your own cell phone, you can use a webcam, an iPad, I need you to record yourself talking for one minute. And I want you to try to do as many of the things as we talked about so far in this course, to look your best little smile on your face, eyes not darting around, head moving, body moving, hands moving, trying to look comfortable, confident and relaxed. I know you're gonna want to just hit. Let's fast forward to the next lesson.

But I'm asking you do this, do this for me now. You will reap huge rewards for doing this practice video. So I want you to record it. And then I want you to watch it. And I want you to figure out what do you like? What do you not like and actually write down now
