Okay, I know you're nervous. I'll give you a little crutch. If you've got to have notes, and I don't think you do, because you're only focusing on one idea one story, but if you absolutely have to have notes, have it on a sheet of paper this small. And just a couple of words, two, three words, to really jog your memory. And don't stand up with a little have it in your pocket or somewhere low, and then just sort of pull it out, toss it down on the table, so you can't see it. That's how you want your audience to experience it.
And then if you have to glance down, fine, don't be seen holding notes. Don't be seen touching notes for goodness, I don't have multiple pages where you're flipping notes, but if you have to have a tiny three by five card or a little post it note for a couple of things or some names. That's fine, but it should be very very unobtrusive. Remember, your eyes should not be unnoticed your eyes should be looking at that bride that groom, the Father, the mother and all the other esteemed guests.
