Let's start at the very beginning. What is your goal of this presentation? What is it you actually want this one person you're speaking to to do during or after your meeting after your presentation. I know that sounds obvious, but too many people go into these one on one meetings with a general fuzzy notion of all I want this person to think I'm smarter. I want this person to like me, or I want this person to think I know everything about this subject or about my startup. You may want all of those things, but that is not your specific goal, is it?

Do you want them to hire you? Do you want them to give you a contract? Do you want them to give you money to invest? Do you want an endorsement from them? What is it exactly you want them to do? So that's the first step I need you to write down 10 words or less.
