People often notice that they can't think clearly, make decisions, and they feel completely overwhelmed.

  • Place one hand across your forehead
  • Place the other hand across the back of your head
  • Close your eyes (if you want)
  • Take 3 deep belly breaths and bring your attention to your legs and feet
