In this video, I wanted to talk about making referrals for the people that you've actually hired to do work for you, if you've actually gone ahead and you know, you've worked with someone for say, maybe it's two, three months, you're really happy with the work. There's, there's oftentimes that I'll speak with people, especially in the internet marketing industry, that they're looking for content writers. I actually had someone the other day that was speaking with me about a project that they're working on. That involves guest posting and doing some services and they've got all these different writers all over the place. And I basically said, Hey, I know someone that manages a team of writers, they do a really good job. So if I refer someone that I've been working with for over a year, you know, I'm basically just kind of give it helping them out.
They're really going to appreciate that I'm going to be helping them with more work. I mean, they may even pay you a commission for making a referral, they may throw you a bonus, you know, if I make any sort of referral, and a lot of the work that I do, a lot of times people are very, very willing to give back.
You know, if I referred my content writer to something, I could always say, Hey, you know, you remember that time I referred you to do $100 worth of articles or whatever it is, she might be very willing to help me out with something, maybe it's leaving a review on a product I have or writing a free piece of content for me next time I need it. Anything really could kind of be to your benefit if you're willing to make these types of referrals. And I found that it's just a really generous thing to do. When you've been working with someone that you trust. And you know, you can really confide in Work
