In this video, I really wanted to talk about finding the right people to work with. And what I mean by that is that you're going to find that if you go on a place like some of these sources like Fiverr, that I'm going to talk about in the next coming videos, you're really going to find that there's a lot of people out there that are just offering content writing as a service, you're not really working with like a personalized person. And what you really want to do is be able to find people that you can establish relationships with if you're going to be doing any sort of long term content work. And that way, you'll be able to consistently go back to them, you're going to have a good feel for the type of work that they're always able to produce. Generally, I find like on some of these sites like Fiverr, you may find that you're working with like a service that just cranks out content you never really know.
A particular person that you're working with, you can't get a feel for the style of writing they're always going to have it could be different every time. You know, I generally just really like to find people that I can work with one on one, and I can get a better gauge of like what their delivery time is like, you know what their writing style is like. What types of content that they're comfortable writing about that they're, they're confident about actually producing, you know, I don't want to hire someone to write about something that is really just going to be kind of not something they're interested in. Obviously, that's not always going to be the case. And some people are going to be willing to go out there and do the best. But what I did, for example, in one case was, I have a site that's in the cat niche.
And I actually was building out articles that were focusing on products that I wanted to, you know, sell through the Amazon affiliate program. So what I did was I found people. First off, I look for women, because I knew women would be more interested in writing about cats than men probably would. And then second office, I looked for people that I could actually message like, I could see maybe a girls photo, say on Fiverr. And I could actually send them a message and say, Hey, is this something you'd be interested in? And I wanted to make it something that they could have a little more passion and have some more fun writing it would give the site some more personality.
Make it enjoy For my readers, and not just some sort of like dole article that, you know, someone just cranked out just for the sake of getting the work done, I really wanted them to enjoy what they're writing. So that was something that was really important to me. And that's why I really like to work with people more one on one. So I just wanted to throw this out there for you, depending on the types of content that you're having outsourced, you know, it's really just something good to keep in mind. I mean, you're gonna find that not every topic, depending on what you're doing. Not every topic people are going to be comfortable with.
I know even when just working with people as in a general sense, when outsourcing I know that I had someone manage like a Pinterest account that was in like the women's fashion niche. So of course hiring a woman to do that is they're going to love it because that's something they're interested in. So they're gonna have a lot more fun and enjoyment out of their work and not working on something that's sort of boring and tedious and niche that they have no interest in. So the same goes with writing. Get to know these people and then really try to find people that are interested in the content and then you're really going to have a really great results with the type of people you hire. In the next few videos I'm going to show you some sources of where I actually hire the writers and sort of the some of the tricks I use and, you know, show you different sources where you can find the right
