Hey guys. So in this video, what I wanted to talk about was editing your content. In the next video, I'm going to be actually showing you where to go out there and find the virtual assistants and the resources and places you can go to actually, you know, get content sourced, but I really wanted to cover some basics before you go out there and start spending money. And that's why I structured the course this way. So in this video, I really wanted to talk about coming down to editing the content that you actually get outsourced. So what I found is that when I went on a place like Upwork, and I hired people for very cheap money, I found that in a lot of cases, I actually had to go back, proofread those articles and make tons and tons of edits because I originally went out and hired people that, you know, they were not native English speakers, and they just really didn't have good sentence structure, things were just kind of sloppy.
In some cases, like some articles would be pretty good, but you'd read through it and you just, you know, I would know that I needed to make edits. So really what I want to want to mention in this video is that you need to kind of keep Mind that, again, back on the quality level, if you decide to pay $5 for something, you can't necessarily expect that it's going to come out and be this awesome, like super high quality article, I will show you some sellers, some people that I've worked with in the upcoming videos that basically have worked out really well for me, and are very, very affordable as well as deliver very high quality work. So this is something you're gonna be able to take advantage of as a member of this course. But something to keep in mind is, you know, it might even be a good idea if you're doing a lot of bulk content outsourcing, that maybe you could even hire someone else to simply proofread.
And, you know, make sure the articles are really really high quality. Perhaps you have someone writing them at a, you know, really cheap rate and then you've got someone else going through and proofreading them, making sure they're acceptable. A lot of cases I found to working with clients, you know, I had an article written that was actually really, really well written. It was very cheap, but I still you know, thought the article was pretty much ready to go and regardless, they wanted to have It edited before it was posted on their website. So depending on what you're trying to do, I mean, I found that in a lot of cases, I was building Amazon affiliate sites. If you look at some of my other courses, I talked about that.
But I found that generally I was proofreading a lot of the articles, even after paying people good money to write them, people that were knowledgeable about them. You know, and that's just really important to me, depending on your goals, I would imagine most days, you know, most people these days, they're probably going to be looking to have something that's very high quality in terms of the quality of writing before they publish it anywhere online, because Google is really looking for high quality content. And I think that's becoming more and more important these days.
