Classic up do leave the front hair out for a roller or leave out your face framing layers brush up three ponytails up into the top. This allows the finish curls to have a lot more space to build the design. putting two or three helps to keep the ponytails from getting too loose and slipping. If you want the finished look and up a little lower in the back, move the ponytails lower but make sure you keep them together. Now I had hot rollers or use a curling iron and make sure to pin your curls tight. Let them cool First arrange the front as the client desires.
You can tease it, poof it braided, twist it and pin it near the elastic or down to the side, whatever they like. You're going to separate those curls, you're going to spray and you're going to start pinching and looping and panning and working with the client so that's pleasing to her in the front.
