Hello, welcome to the final video in this module. So I'm going to be talking in this in this topic about taking responsibility. So far I've been asking you to look back at how why you started to smoke, and during your attention to the fact that we all learn to smoke, but we never feel that we actually make the conscious decision to start smoking in the first place. So if you think back to when you had your first cigarette, and whatever the circumstances that may have been, if I said to you at that point, I'm going to send you now back in time and stop you from trying your first cigarette. Would you go back? I know I would.
Definitely. If I could jump back to my original time when I first tried a cigarette and stop myself. I absolutely would. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to build a time machine in order to take you back to stop you from smoking in the first place. However, the good news is If you have an open mind, and you're willing to take responsibility for the fact that the only person who is responsible for you being a smoker is you, then you are in control of this. And by making that all important choice to stop has put you instantly back in control of how you live your life.
And you can start that process to simply revert back to being a nonsmoker. So you've taken that all important first step, and I would say the hardest one is making the choice to stop and understanding how you went from being happy nonsmoker through your whole life to becoming a smoker, and you gradually built all that into your day to day life. If you haven't already, I would encourage you to take a look back at your own personal journey and how you began as it will help you along the way as we work through the simple formula. We're going to look at removing the condition your mental triggers, any fears you have, and all importantly, remember Moving your desire to smoke. So that's all for this video for now, and Congratulations, you've completed this module and I'll see you in the next one. Bye for now.
