Since the dawn of time, and the rise of the gaming world, in a little hole cave, a donkey gamer was born. This is me after too much radiation. I'm an experiential trainer and I'm not computer games addict, though I indulge from time to time. Do you like French? Oh yeah, we like French toast. Okay, so what I'm actually doing.
Imagine a training where you don't learn experience. Imagine deeply understanding that experience and applying that knowledge into your real life. Imagine all of this in a funny interactive and educational environment. You will know the same people learn best from their own mistakes. I believe I can create an environment in in which people can learn right? By doing wrong.
I believe people can create mistakes from which they learn directly, efficiently and productively. I am a trainer, and I believe I can teach students how to become their own teachers. And they can do this with methods I learned and practiced in over 30 countries with more than 8000 students in both the offline and online environment. With these methods, I've created the first experiential trainer training course, a course organized entirely by the participants. Everything from the training curriculum, and up to the follow up was prepared by the participants with help from professional coaches. Learning happened before the launch of the training, I put into practice a few other avant garde concepts like time management game, in which people learn how to double their productivity by playing and the public speaking training, in which my students use scandals, blindfolds, and When, when I prepare training, I don't just throw methods in, I strive to develop an engaging curriculum that consists of fun activities that trigger automatic learning.
