Hello, okay, so again, this is going to be an other very brief activity we can do. And again, you don't have to do all of the research activities I'm showing you, I would suggest you do I always do, because as you could tell, some of them only take just a very few brief minutes to perform and the more knowledge you have, again, the less risk you're going to be taking with your money. So I think it's well worth doing all of them that even if you just choose a few that that's good, but here's another tool for your arsenal. And the good thing about this tool is you might want to use it not just for this project for building your Facebook ad, but you might also want to use it for, again your posts, but this is also one of my favorite tools for knowing what's right about so instead of again, just taking a gamble on what I should write an article about, I'm going to have a look at what's trending on.

So when I write something, it has more likelihood of people liking it, and hopefully then it could be have a higher likelihood of going viral because, you know, if we can write an article that goes viral, there are a ton of benefits that come from that. So let's have a look at this tool. And the good thing about it is it's free. So this one's called buzzsumo. Now, I should say it's free, but it also has a paid option. So this is the buzzsumo page and you can see the pricing option is up here.

If you do a lot of article writing and blogging, this tool is one of the best I know so it probably well worth it to get the pricing. And just a quick mention about this tool as well. One of the cool things about it is it not only shows you what's trending, it'll actually show Who the top influencers are as well? Like, how cool is that. So very, very useful. But again, we're using it just very briefly to see if there's anything very obvious trending based on the Facebook ad that we're creating.

So, going with the dim sum cookbook example, again, this is what we're going to look for. So here's a little search bar. And what I'm going to do is just type in Dim Sum cookbook. And here are your filters on the left, so past year, past six months past month, before I just went in, and because it's such a specific niche, I'm just going to say within the past year, and I'm going to hit this button here, which hopefully you can see that and just go and give it a second to upload. And let's see if it comes up. So the way I use this tool quickly, is I just have a quick look at these numbers.

So what these observes you can see is Facebook engagement, LinkedIn shares, Twitter shares. So obviously, we see big news. In any of these areas, it's going to let you know that if you write an article or something about it, that is the exact same platform that you want to share your article on or make sure it gets on. And as you can see her our numbers are pretty low. So I'm not even gonna bother looking at what it says, because these numbers are pretty darn low and it's a very specific niche. So, I'm not the best example but I want to stick to the example of what we're using because some of you might be in very specific niches as well.

And I just want to give you and empower you by having another tool in your arsenal. So Timpson cookbook, not so great, um, maybe some of you I know are in the outdoors industry. So maybe we can do like an outdoor survival book beanie, or survival skills show we'll go with that. It's coming up as one of the suggestions. So let's go with that. Let's see what comes up.

So again on the left, I'm looking at the past year. If I want And the more current I could change it to the past six months or the past month, Okay, and let's see what's trending in general so so if you're in the wilderness category Ooh look at Oh look at this one 1.8 thousand engagements on Facebook like this was a if you're going to be posting if you're in the survival of their survival skills, that's what these outer survival type industry and you're supplying products in that industry, this I would be all over this because Wow, like an all over Facebook with it especially so if you're, if you have limited time, and you can only spend a lot of time on one social platform, this should really give you a good indication of where again, you should be if you want people to really start engaging with your products and information on your specific niche.

So 1.8 thousand, that's great. You know, 339 478 like all of his a great so what I would do if I was in industry is how do the big ones first and I would just click on the article and find out what it's about, what kind of wording are they using? Who are they targeting? Who wrote it? I mean, cuz that's really cool to know too. Because if you're in the same industry and you're very knowledgeable about it, and you're finding out who's posting something like this, that's getting so much engagement, go talk to them some message and just say, you know, I sell products in this industry, I noticed you wrote whatever this is about to the writing, but a survival skills class but you say I noticed you offer survival skills classes.

These are the types of products I'm selling. Could we do a joint contest, for example, that would be great contests go viral. If you're specifically an association say specially leaning towards Facebook, people love Facebook contest, so I would hit these guys I would not run if you've got a small audience. I would not spend money On running a Facebook contest on my own page, I would reach out to somebody who's obviously getting a lot of attractions and shares and followers and has a reputation and say, What do you want in order to run this contest? Can we do a contest? Can we run a contest I offer?

I will offer all the prizes. Can I run this contest on your platform? Can you share it with your followers? For me, that's it. Just just some ideas. I hope you're really expanding your creativity with this and see what the potential possibilities are.

Because that's really when you're reaching. This is what I call influencers, people that are getting these types of engagements are industry influencers, you want them to know who you are, you want to write really cool posts and tag them on it to see if you can get them to respond. You want to go see what they're writing about, and comment on it and get them to really like you want to be in their radar. So this is really cool. A cool example of One thing that would be really, really good to do if you were in this type of industry. So yeah, and lots and as you can tell, all of these are from different types of they're talking about different types of things.

They're, they're listed in different websites. So I might want to look at the websites as well. This one CTV News, this one actually got some media coverage. Immediate coverage, again, is super golden, if you can get it. So How on earth did they attract a news channel? What did they do?

I'm gonna go get ideas from that and obviously got, you know, some reaction to it as well. So this is a really, really fun tool for these types of things. And I mean, I've been focusing on Facebook, but look, this over here is 17, basic wilderness survival skills everyone should know and look who's really picking this up. Pinterest, okay. So again, if you are in this industry, and you're selling survival Doors, the type of equipment that could be of interest to these types of target market. And you're seeing that 23,000 have responded to something on Pinterest, guess where you might want to start looking at being right.

So have a look on there, click on there, go to their Pinterest board, look at what else is trending, look at what else is being shared, and start creating a board on there. It's not going to take you much time you've got your product pictures anyhow. So just something to look at. Let's see. Let's see other types of platforms that are doing well in this industry. 51 What was that again?

Google Plus. Okay, so that might be okay. It's not as trending as the other ones if, if you have very limited time, and you're only going to pick two social platforms to do extremely well. Then based on this, I would safely hit Facebook, and I would check out Pinterest before putting all my time on it. I would see what being posted and how many shares they're getting, and see if there's anybody else who also offers products and see how much traction they're getting on Pinterest. But Pinterest is a fabulous platform.

And it's very visual. So if you're going to have a lot of different types of product pictures, you just got to make sure that you're going to put that time in every day to to get different types of shots that you could start posting and talking about and getting people to interact with. I just want to quickly show you that if you scroll up to the top of buzzsumo, right, and we were automatically into the category of the most shared, we can look at what's trending, you can look at backlinks so if you're building some SEO for your website, you could do that as well. And this is what I want to show you is this right here. So right now we're doing content research. This is your influencer research option.

Okay? And again, the influencers are going to show you who The implements are an industry that you're doing research on, who is is getting the most traction in that industry by sharing the articles that are being posted? I don't think it'll let me go in there as an example, no. So anyway, but I just really wanted you to know that that influencer option is right at the top. Okay. So if you do end up with a, if you do end up loving this tool, and you get a paid version, you, you want to really stick to what the trending content is.

And you really want to take advantage of learning who your influences are in your industry and start reaching out to them. Very, I mean, it reaching out to influencers really has nothing to do with Facebook ads, or maybe it does. I mean, you could always do your Facebook ad and then what you do is take the ad that you did and make a post out of it on Facebook, and in the post tag the influencers. Now, if it's really selling your stuff and they're selling the theme sorted, stuff, you want to be very careful how you do it. But if there's somehow you can take them smartly, with the same sort of ad, then hopefully, ideally, the best case scenario is they're going to start posting out that post for you, which is, in theory, your ad, which would be super bonus if they did, I'm going to give you one extra tip that I use, that has been working quite well it doesn't work all the time.

But a lot of times it does. Once you have a list of your influencers, go find out just go make a list and a chart of all the social media platforms. They're on like what their handles are, so what their Twitter handle is and their Facebook handle and all of that. Then what you're going to do is write a post and in the post is going to be like an opinion post but you're going to say, in my opinion, these are the top places or the top brands or the top, you know, quality items in this industry. I make sure you're saying in my opinion because we don't want to get into any legal trouble anywhere. on the line.

And then what you're going to do is just pick like five of the top influencers and whatever they're promoting or selling, and take them all and do an infographic. So, for example, I'm working on a skincare line for clients. So I picked five at the top influencers in the industry, they're also selling skincare tech products. And the infographic is all about the hottest latest products on the market today. And I show pictures of their stuff and my stuff, or my clients stuff, I should say. And then what I do is I just take everybody I mentioned on that post, and I mean, you know, let's face it, if they get a really nice looking infographic that's already been done for them, and they're being mentioned as one of the top five and something by anybody, chances are they're going to want to share it out through the Iranians as well.

Okay, so I'm something again, I've tried that I've had some success. With and it doesn't take very long to put together an infographic if you're not sure how to make your own infographic put together all of the research all of the material, all the wording and the pictures that you want and send it over to a place like Fiverr fi ve RR and look up infographics and you can get one made for I mean everything needs to be five bucks but if you want to get the what he call that the cuz they would think you'd probably look at it done for five bucks, but they won't send you the file. You definitely want the file in case you want to make changes to it at a later date. So if you get things with files, you're probably spending a bit 20 bucks, but still good super professional looking infographic because remember you want to impress your influencers if you throw them something that looks at it put together in just a few seconds immaturely, they're not going to be as likely don't want to share it with their followers.
