Here's a cardio move that anyone can do and should be doing. We're going to start with a modified version. So you're going to go into a jumping jacks. So this is a modified version of a jumping jack getting about four reps, then you're going to go into two squats. So that's the routine and this is the modified version. So get a little pep in your step with this one, even if you're modifying you're down for two.
Now if you want to advance this move, alright, you're more of an intermediate, or advanced. Gonna go for four jumping jacks, down for two squat jumps. Alright, so this really gets that cardio going arms, moving the legs moving, adding a plyo which is power in the leg, you'll be feeling the burn. Very quickly. Get that into about 20 to 30 reps, good little cardio session.
