Toning moves you can do with the med ball, you ready, feeder about hip width apart, you're gonna hold that medicine ball at your chest. Keep a nice upright posture. Remember, you're bending from the waist. booties out, chest is up, hamstrings, just get that nice extension. go as far as you feel comfortable, and then you're coming up. All you want to do, you can keep your heels flat on the ground, or you can bring them off the ground depending on your assistance and where your strength is.
You want to keep your back nice and straight. So you're going side to side with a seated twist. could also do this with your straight legs and you could go side to side with that seated twist, keeping your knees bent. Make sure your arms come up over the head, you're going to come up into that crunch, add a little toss, stabilize, peel down, back over the head drop down and to push up and come up. If you go from your toes, it's going to be a little harder. Gotta have a little more strength gonna come on to your back.
Your legs are up straight, flex those feet So that's going to engage those lower abdominals. You really want to use the core to keep your back flat to the ground. You're going to have that medicine up above, you're going to crunch and then come back down. Now, I know those were a lot of moves, and a lot of different change jobs. But if you can get a full body workout, feel amazing and it's something you can do anytime, anywhere at home.
