Hello, ladies, hello, it is week four of our self empowerment, our spiritual evolution in our authentic expression. The fourth week, the fourth week is all about creating a plan to make things happen. That means going back to week one, going back to Week One and thinking about that vision that you had, what was the vision? What was it that made you enter into this course? What were what was missing from your life that you thought I probably should embark on this journey for a few weeks so I can see if I could bring something else bracket enhance my life in a different way. What was that thing?

So after doing week one you got you came out with your vision and your values and you made sure that they lined up, right to make sure they line up and in From there you went and you thought about the subconscious. And why is it that I don't have these things that I want what's happening in my mind back here 95% of what I do what's happening back there, that doesn't align up with what I want, right? And then we went into the third week as to trying to get routines and habits in place that keep you in vibrational resonance with the vision that you have for yourself, that version of yourself and the things that you want to bring into fruition, right. So we are taking that vision and making it our mission so we can bring everything into fruition. Yes, I said it. I really like that.

I'm gonna keep saying it a lot, probably. So, let's get into it. Like we have the slides. And there are really only three slides. And then we will get into the actual bread and butter of it all. So here we go.

Week Four From mission I'm sorry, from vision to mission, from vision to mission, you have to make this your focus. Remember where you focus is where your energy goes, you know, if you focus on the negatives, then you will think and feel negative, right and focus on the positives. And that's what will be in your head like, tunnel vision positivity. Yes. And so you could you can take the same instance, the same circumstance, that someone can see it in a negative way, it's almost in a positive way. It all depends on where they focus how they focus in on these things.

So that's where you really want to be cognizant of where you are focusing in your vision. So sort of like I just explained here, we have your values and your vision. Think back to what that was for you. And by the way, if that was for you, what were the things that made you think I should probably Up level right now, to the things you want in your life that urged you to start this course. And remember to feel, it's like the whatever your y was, whatever your y is, feel your y don't just know what your y is, right? Some of us who may be more logical like myself or more left brained, we think, Okay, I know this, this is what I have to do, but really feel in to what those things are and what those things would mean for you.

Should they come to fruition? Should you be able to have them present with you and experiencing those things? That's what you want to feel into when you have your vision. Okay. So when you have your vision, think about your, the subconscious roadblocks that we went through, right? How, what is it that we have to hurdle over and when those things start to pop up big so cuz now you know what they look like you know what it feels like?

And now when they pop up again, you can dodge Like you're in the matrix and you dodge them and then you go to something better for you to reframe right when when those things pop up. That's okay I see what's happening it's time for me to know reframe this and make it something better and then you also want to keep into into rotation you want to keep your habits this routine that you have to keep your written vibrational resonance with the thing that you really want for yourself right so these new habits that you have to completely eliminate and demolish these blocks right a wise woman once said though, she said, You know, a lot of people talk about having a you know, having blocks having subconscious blocks. And really one of the main things that keep you into having these blocks are the idea that you have blocks right?

So but I am using the idea of blocks and negative verbiage or negative feelings or thinking I can't, you know, along those lines, so when you notice your your your head habits of thought coming into your head and ways that we're past habits of yours or ways that you used to think or things that you know aren't positive for you, but you were in, it was just natural for you. You notice those things popping up, you want to then dodge dip and dodge so that they do not land on you. And then you start those new habits you make sure that you're in routine and then we create a plan right? So this plan that we're going to create is all around your vision right so what could your vision be? Could it be that you're just one of those like happy go lucky people who just doesn't care about much you got your five guys drink?

You got to burger, you're just chillin? Is that your vision? Is that your vision? If that's your vision, and you want to feel into that and you want to have I want you guys have actual images of yourself doing these things? Are you like that business woman? Do you have a business are you the business woman on the phone just doing what she wants to do all the time and she's just you know, in charge of shit.

Maybe What's the image? Ask yourself right? Now? What is the image that you have of yourself? Are you just like free and flowy? And you have a sense of knowing and freedom about you, right?

Are you? Are you just like, is that the vision that you want for yourself? Is that the vision that you have, right? Is it for you to just expand and feel the goodness no matter where you go, right? Is that your vision? Or is your vision for you to be taking risk?

Right, take risk, you have to take risk in order for you to get out of the subconscious. So actually, over on the left here, too, I have your fear versus safety, fear versus safe because the subconscious will keep us into our old patterns because that is what's deemed as safe for us. So if it's new, if we're if it's new, were afraid of it, then it might not be safe, right? So you have to really think about is this fear? Or is it safety? You know, Am I safe?

Is it fear? Or am I actually safe when I want to take these risks when I do these things, when I talk to new people, when I make these phone calls when I send these texts, you know, when I actually put myself out there to make this new life for myself to have this new attitude, and embody and behave in these ways? Is it truth? Like, am I actually unsafe? Or is this just fear? Because subconscious wants everything to stay the same, like it wants, you're safe.

When you do these things. The subconscious wants everything to stay the same. The brain doesn't want to do a lot of work, right? Every because the brain has to a lot of work as it is. So it's not a defect that it wants to you know, compile and label everything. That's because our brain takes in so many bits of information a second, then we have to like compact things, right?

And that's how the brain does And 95% subconscious is repeated day through day by day by day it's repeated. So we have to be cognizant and willing and able to step out no matter what we do, no matter how uncomfortable it may feel for us. So, take those risks, right? Please be focused on where you want to go. Remember the reticular activating system where your focus goes, energy will flow where your focus goes, that's where your attention will be. So if you're focused on the negativity or negative aspects or negative feeling in a certain situation, then that is what you will produce in your life that's what will come to fruition into your reality.

So shift the focus re if you can't, there's nothing positive and then reframe the whole thing. Right and this is going to be something that you will learn to do faster and faster and faster as time goes along. It will be the more you do it. It will be such a quick course correct where you won't even feel these these Ideas anymore or the negativity right? You'll just know this is what's happening. And I have to think that's what it'll happen automatically, right?

So it'll get to a point we won't even have to think about, oh, this is how I feel or should I reframe this? Or how do I reframe this will just actually happen? You only have to give pause to what's to the old way of thinking or focusing in on things. And yeah, so And actually, so yes, if you're wondering, that is me in that picture. And so if you are in the you have this image of yourself taking leaps and taking chances, and succeeding, right, so I will tell you, when every time I do flying trapeze, every time I do flying trapeze, I get scared, right with all the things that I've done over nine years, nine years of climbing on things and flying around all things and dropping from the air. Every time I do fly trapeze, there's like this little there's a rickety ladder, right?

And I don't like heights, right? With my imagine I don't like heights. So there's a really letter, you have to climb up. And every like every movement you make it moves, like it shakes the whole body and like, Oh my gosh, everybody will hire it. All right. So you're going up, you're going up, you're going up.

And then once you actually get up, right, okay, so you get up. Now granted, you are you're locked in, right? So you're not from the moment you like, take a step off the floor, you're locked in. So but so you go up to the platform, its platform, it's probably maybe like this big, right? So there's me and another person. So I'm on one side, they're on the other side.

And if I move or if they shift, I feel the whole platform right? So my brain and say, Oh, God, we're gonna fall Oh, God, we're gonna fall right? Or is the safe logical, like how many how many nails are in this platform keeping this up here? It's it's, it's a lot happening in my head, right? So I get fearful every time they do this. And then so you're on the platform and you literally have to stand with Your toes on the edge of the platform, right hook around.

And then the person who's there with you, they're holding you, right? So you have one hand on the bar, one hand on the bar, right, one foot in the door, right one foot out, and they hold onto your back, you're supposed to lean forward completely. Leave for a completely at bats trust, right. And every time I do it, I'm afraid. Every time I do it, I'm scared. So, and it's never the leap.

That's scary. It's not doing it. It's not the flying through the air. And it's scary. It's the standing on the platform, and it's preparing yourself for it is going up, knowing that you have to prepare. That's the scary part.

So the longer we stand on the edge of the platform, and the longer we think about should i will i is this person going to actually be willing to support me am I going to give them others Handle there fast enough, you know, as long as we think about the what ifs rather than the outcome, or the house rather than the outcome that's going to keep us in fear. Like that scariest part. So remember, just go, just do it. Just take the leap and go, it'll be worth it. And if it didn't come out the way that you think it would be, then that's a lesson. That is a lesson to know what to do next time and as a lesson you can teach somebody next time, right?

It's just, it's not the leap is scary is standing on the edge of the platform and wondering, Am I safe? You're always safe. Are you and I can't person right? So in your subconscious view, you if you say those things like I can't, I don't do that. I can't right now. Or that's that's too much.

Or if you put all these restrictions on yourself verbally, they actually start to come out physically in your environment. If you're a person who says oh, I do these things, and I can't I will, I'll be, oh, I do that all the time. I can write, things become easier for you. Things become easier to do those things even if you're not like awesome at them right now things will become easier for you to do those things. So I say all this to say have an image of your vision don't just allow it to be an idea. It has to be more than just an idea.

So feel in to feel into the excitement right? If you if you think it's fearful, call it excitement instead. Because that's what is your brain doesn't know the difference until you tell it right? I'm scared. The brain your body is just like, okay, there's adrenaline going. There's endorphins flowing, what's happening right in the narrative that you tell yourself about it.

That's what determines the emotion to it. So feel in to your vision, like really feel it division. There's also something called mind movies. So you can google it a bit but a mind movie is basically like moving pictures. So if you know you know about vision boards where you just put pictures up on things right you can have a digital visual vision board but you put the pictures up. And sometimes when people will do take an extra step, which is good also to put an affirmation on the picture and do that as well.

But what a mind movie is it takes the images in your mind and creates a movie from it. So it can be pictures that real like pictures on a reel that go after one after each other after you gather after the other or it can actually be like video clips and this can be abused. It could be something that represents your vision and what you want. Along with some words coming up on the screen along with audio of yourself or someone else saying the affirmation or saying more with this represents to you. This is a mind movie and this is this is proven to make neurological wiring In your brain, so the cells or neurons that wire together, fire together, fire together. And that is what you're doing with these mind movies.

That's how that works. So it's a it's an Uber efficient way to start to reprogram the subconscious and this would be like watching this at least once a day right and it really getting into it and this should create feeling this should create feeling it should have you feel something some urgency should have, you know, more than just watching an idea of yours, right? You want to be able to feel into this and remember when you if you visualize, you want to vision, envision yourself within the circumstance not watching yourself, but you want to see everything happening around you. You want to use all five of your senses every day. Want to see everything that you would be seeing from your vantage point, you want to smell anything that you will be smelling, you want to taste anything that you might be tasting, you want to touch, anything you might be touching, you want to hear anything might be hearing it was cold, you want to feel cold, you know, so really make sure that you get into this, like the healing of all of this.

So, I say that say you will now create a plan, you will turn your vision into your mission. So you will now begin to create a step by step plan to continue your shifts and take action towards your vision. So taking action, this is all the time for action, Action. Action, now it starts. So what I'm going to do is one stop sharing now I want to stop sharing. If it allows me and I will then go into we're gonna pick again.

Okay. All right. So I will now share Let's look. Okay, so I have given you within the module four, there is a PDF version, which you'll see here, you can print these out, you can write what you put them out, you can write on them. And I also have given you a Google Doc of it. So if you have a Google Doc, make sure you make a copy of it first, or else you will change the document itself and everyone will see what you've written on there.

So this is you creating a plan, turning your vision. So your vision, your feelings, your intention and your focus into your mission, making it you your number one thing to do, I imagine that's What it is for you imagine, I imagine it's important. So creating the plan, you want to start with the end in mind, start with that feeling. And mind start with the results in mind. Start with this vision which you see what you feel for yourself. That's where you want to start.

So in this first area, you can write in here, you can what you copied, you can write in there, you can make sure or feel free to add more lines. If your vision isn't that long, that's fine too. But you definitely want to be as detailed as possible. You want to be as detailed as possible, remembering to put all five of those senses into your vision. If there's anyone else there if there's anyone else that is that you're talking to or anyone that you need, within this vision, include them in there as well make as much information about them that you can produce Also in this business, so make it really vivid for yourself. And I'm going to go into actually something that Tony Robbins talks about a bit.

And I changed it up a little bit, put some, some extra things in there. But he talks about how the five levels of change goes from your identity, to your values, to your beliefs, to behaviors, and then your environment, right? So really think about your identity as this person in this vision as the version of yourself that you need to be to have this vision for yourself as this version of yourself, what is your identity, because that's what it needs to be now. So, what is your identity? How do you identify you know, are you you identify as a woman, do you identify as a businesswoman do you identify as, as a hard working individual, you know, how do you Identify I am this what comes to mind, I think and one of the first, the first a second module, we talked about our description of ourselves.

How did you describe yourself? Did you describe yourself based on other people? Did you describe yourself based on your culture? Did you describe yourself based on your future? Would you want for yourself? How would you describe yourself versus how you need to describe yourself?

For this vision that you want for yourself? The vision that you are now creating? I am I do I stand for? This is my identity. This is who I am. That's what you will get into with this.

And then, of course, what do you value as his version of yourself and your vision? What are your values? What's important to this version of yourself? Within this vision, is it freedom? Is it you know, being social, is it being like a caretaker or is it being somebody who is More firmer and more direct with whom they are if it being, you know, academic, what's important to this version of yourself, and those things should be important right now, right? So if your vision has to do with getting a lot of money, and maybe it's important for you to donate to charities, start donating to charities.

Now, maybe it's important for you to, you know, know what's in your bank account, know what's in your bank account. Now, you know, so make sure that what you value and this version of yourself in your vision, you also value now, yes, now. And so also, what do you believe I have need to believe? I don't like that. Because I don't say need to because I want you to embody this now. So what do you believe?

What do you believe right now to support this vision? Right. What is it that you currently have? Believe and does that match up with what this version of yourself believes? In this could be a belief about yourself? It could be a belief up world.

Do you believe that? You know, it's hard to get jobs you believe that jobs don't pay? Enough? Do you believe that? It's hard to find a man? Do you believe that?

That people you know, do believe that you're not going to be liked in certain places? What are you beliefs about yourself and the world around you. So that are in terms of how you interact with your vision. If your beliefs don't really mesh well, or if they are not congruent with this vision of yourself. It's going to be hella difficult. It's gonna be a lot of obstacles in your way, trying to make this come to fruition for yourself.

So really check in with your beliefs to make sure that they're in line with what you value your identity. This vision that you're creating for yourself and feel it, how do you feel? In this version, this version of yourself to create this vision? Do you feel? I mean, correct this? Do you feel expansive?

Do you feel powerful? Do you feel? Do you feel? Are you feeling happy most of time? Do you feel stressed? Because you're busy?

You know, how do you feel around this vision or in this vision of yourself? And do you have those feelings? Now, like, that's what's important in order for you to want to focus on those things. And if you focus on the things you need to actually embody them, right, once you embody embody them, and your focus is on them, that reticular activating system will find the things and your reality to prove you correct, right. Whether or not you think you can or you think you can't You're right. I'm sure you've heard that one before.

It is true. What behaviors Do you need to engage in? I know I changed this before and they're all bad. Maybe I didn't. Google Doc saves automatically. Okay, I digress.

So what behaviors do you engage in? Like? What are your hobbies? What are the routines you have going on? Right? So this is where your routine that you created last week will start to be important.

Like, what are the things that you do? Like? Are you a person who goes to bars every weekend? Are you the person that goes to you know, conferences? Do you? Are you on YouTube doing a lot of self development?

Are you the person who is mostly in the schools and you spend a lot of time at work? Like what are your hobbies? What behaviors do you engage in? And is that congruent with getting you to your vision, even if you can't do exactly what you would like to do now? There's steps that you need to take, and are you engaging? Or are you doing those steps will be the most important part.

We'll get to that and a little bit later. So and then the next thing is your environment. Like how is your empire? Is your is your environment conducive to your vision? Or? Or is it conducive to your life currently?

Hmm. So if you need to maybe put pictures up if you need to, like get big pieces of paper and write affirmations on there, put that up. If you need to change the people around you do that right the people around you are also your environments. If you need to put candles up if you want to have crystals around well, however you need to do in your environment you need to you want to be a reader need to put books where they can be seen and where you go, where you will actually read them. If you if you need to journal, I keep my journal in the bathroom because in the mornings I go to the bathroom and I write that's how that works. So what do you need to change or implement or add into your environment to support this decision of yours?

So once you have all that down, right now think about like, how long are you going to give yourself for this vision? And how long will you allow yourself to build it up, and just just have a goal in mind, right? If it goes a little bit beyond, that's fine. If it goes a little bit before, that's awesome, too. However, we give yourself an idea of when this is going to happen for you. And then to do lists or write things, all those little behaviors and the routines and all those things that you need to do to make this happen for you.

Whatever it is, write them down, write them down here. And then so once they're written down, and these are the babies of the baby steps, if that's where you start, right, and once you have all those written down, then you put them in your calendar. You go to them, put them in your calendar, we are making dates, dates with ourselves right? dates with our destiny. Yes. So from your to do lists, right?

Pick out dates. What can you do from your to do list today to make these things happen for you? Not like tomorrow, what can you do today, if you have to go somewhere to make things happen, then if you have if you think I have to like figure out where I have to go or where I can go, then today you find out where you need to go so that tomorrow, you can go scope it out, you can go look at it, you know, or if you feel more comfortable on the weekend, maybe things happen on the weekend there. Then if there if there's a date, that something's going to be happening, you make sure that you are registered for this thing, you make sure that you know where it is. You create your environment you begin to focus on this thing like there is no tomorrow, right?

But the rest tomorrow because tomorrow you're going to be doing even more to get to your vision. So what can you do today? Right now, put that in your calendar. If you use a calendar in your phone, if you use the actual written calendar, if you use alarms, like, put that stuff in your calendar right now, pause the video right now. Whatever you can do today, and also for tomorrow, and also put in there. So week by week, I will put what kind of results you want to have just know week by week, which results you want to have or what you want to be seen.

And so sometimes the results may not be something that's tangible, but it'll be a feeling, right? It's almost easier when it's a feeling because you can make make that shift, make the shift happen for yourself. And what are you going to keep doing to keep yourself in vibrational resonance with this vision that you have. So also make sure those things are in your calendar, make sure you're getting those things done, right. Whether you're if it's meditating, if it's if it's yoga, whatever Do you need to do to make those things happen for yourself? That's what you will put make in your calendar and make sure that these things are happening for you.

When when are you doing these things, put in your calendar, not just the date, but also the time like whoever if there's another person needs to be involved in these things, but that person in there, and once when you start to check some these things off, don't forget to celebrate. You've done something you're moving ahead, you're making progress. Remember to celebrate these things as you celebrate. This is then letting your reticular activating system, that little bundle of nerves back here is letting it know this is what I want to focus on. This is what I want to bring more of into my life. This is what I want to look for look for these things.

Look for these things so I can see those opportunities and do this more. That is what celebration that's one of the things that celebration does. celebration also makes it less of a task for yourself and it makes it makes things more incentivized, right? So whatever it needs to be for you to do to make it feel less of a task and more of progress, because that's exactly what it is. Then do that right, check things off, celebrate. And so you can have this, you set this out for about six months, set it out for a year, depending on what your vision is, right?

Is your vision long term? Is it shorter term? Is it fluid, but whatever you do, make sure you have it, make sure it's clear, make sure there's a vision, make sure you can feel it, make sure you that you embody these things. Yes. So that's it. That is it for our week for and of turning your vision into your mission and bringing it to fruition right.

I want to thank you guys so much for your time investing your time into yourself, investing your money. unto yourself, this is, this is for you, this is for you. So like, go back and rewatch it. Don't just have it be something that you watched and went through but didn't necessarily complete or put your all into, right? We get so bogged down with everything else happening in our lives that we think we need to take care of. What about ourselves, right?

We, we take care of how we look, we take care of how our head like the hair on her hip and not necessarily what's in our head, right? So let's really take this seriously and work within yourself embody this vision of yourself that you have because if you don't, no one else will write it has to be from you start doing these things for yourself. Remember, vision and values, make sure that they are congruence. Make sure your subconscious is clear of all that have a group that's been just repeating itself year after year after year after year, how you talk to yourself, change how you love yourself, right change change how you've been presenting show up as a person, you want to show up as an every single circumstance. And then keep your routines going, your routines are for you. It might feel like oh, I don't want to do this.

It's a conscious thing like you do this. No, tomorrow, it'll be fine. It'll still be there. But make sure you do these things for yourself. Do them, do them, do them now and then your plan. Take that.

So seriously, you do your plan, really make sure that it's practical, right?
