66 Number, I think so it's been seems enough October that we did the last session with UD. And it's been a few months, but we're in June right now. So we want to do a follow up visit with her to see how things are going. And I've also been doing a lot of coaching with her like one on one over like Skype or superuser so I'm, I think we can do care in a lot of things like finances, time management, man. So we're gonna talk about that today. JT is also joined Okay.

All right. See, we have set a few documentaries at the princess cinema theater, local cinema we have him when he came with a friend each time, a different friend each time. So one was about healing. She brought a friend that wanted motivation for healing and then the other one was about living the change, which was a really good documentary from New Zealand. He always was very challenging for her to get out of the house. And now she's starting to feel so good that she has enough time and energy to just get out of the house and do fun activities.

So let's be nice. Oh yeah. Flower for you. Yeah. And she was having Merlin get trained when we were working with her, so I think Merlin's behaviors have. She requires a lot of time and energy, so I think that's getting better too.

But I've got more frozen things in there. Okay, there you go. There now we can focus on what we're doing with the camera so that we don't feel creepy and weird. Oh yeah, he says recording everything that is happening.

We haven't really planned it out for the session. We always like to kind of wait different days. Yeah, no, he does talk as well. He hasn't said anything. Oh, yeah, Rose. Hey, something.

Yeah, hello. I can record your brother's see. I actually can I claim that you okay, but now I'm Kenny. Cuz I think like we kind of look like it's like a man. He hasn't got beer now but we I used to have a long hair right here patient and we have a spine and all the activities they like to do. Where we feel cold but why don't you Why don't you sit down and I can sit here.

What is yours? I do have to wait on there and then if you guys have some water or something on we get that first. Yeah, that's right. Okay up. Oh, I wish we were taking the kindness today before coming on. We realized that we finished the last session with us.

October. I need to June June 15. Really? almost a month. My hair's grown. And Winter is coming on.

Yes. Which was awesome. It was great to do it, then. You know. I don't know if I could do it now. Cuz it's busy here, right?

Yeah, you want to be outside? Holy cow that long already. So tell us about how did your life change after the process of decluttering and organizing all your home? At first I just kind of stopped with it. I don't think they did too much at all. Yeah, and then I don't know it just slowly, little by little like I tell.

I pretty much kept everything the same and I kept the little pieces of tape that you put on everything head on for the longest time. Yeah. Not sure why. Some of it was named where it is. Yeah, labels. Yeah.

But I think I have some ones still. So that was really good. And I even noticed after. Like, I wanted to keep things dry. Like I use this car for something like this and I come back well That timer really wasn't doing too much to my life got busier probably in the last two or three months, especially the last two months. So back then still around Christmas time, and it was just, I was like putting stuff back in the same place and folding in.

I mean, I'm still kind of doing that now, but just finding the time to do it. But was it easy to do it? Or did you just kind of feel motivated to do it? I felt it was easy. And I was motivated because I like the way everything was and there wasn't as much stuff to go through. I was still struggling with how you did it with the polling.

I wasn't getting it back in the same way. But I forgot because I was getting it like too long or something and then I wasn't getting the narrow of s plus the compactness. But so I was challenging myself on that. Like how was your Regarding of your time and your energy and your daily routines, how did that change? I think it still was kind of the same it just felt I just felt really I didn't have to do stuff so much like I think I felt. I'm not sure if I felt calmer or just it just felt good that I didn't have to worry about all that I just kind of felt like I just sit back for a while and and and take it all in.

I don't know. Did you notice a change in Merlin's behavior? Since the changes Did you notice anything about him? Keep the same happy go lucky. Yeah, he never changed up to two trees. I was still I was struggling a lot still with him with the Going out all the time.

I still kind of get snow when he wanted open stuff. Still no but holy cow back then it was still like I was exhausted like how many times a day I was out. And that dissipated by the time January came around where I it's not his it didn't seem like such a like I had to do it like get up there with him. Yeah, I wanted to so so perhaps that maybe was why I felt that stuff happening why I felt better and didn't feel as bogged down to always be taking him out. Yeah, you know, cuz i'm sure i still take him on same amount of time and actually we've tried to go on longer, longer walks to like an hour walk to the bathroom. Not too long.

Knows how to jump out. Yeah. There you go. So because it's so cool to get to them we're going to be going back next month for his nails again he'll get another time it's a new one every time but but I but I'm but now I'm liking looking forward. Like I'm seeing some of the little things of like now thinking about maybe doing some volunteering, but yet I'm so busy with other things that know that that's just that would be too much that would be my my everything around the circuit and chaotic and I'm still needing to just stay with things the way they are and see how how I'm managing with it. You know, like making sure that I don't have too much stuff that I'm not getting to it and when you see things now if you're out shopping Or you see something?

That seems like a good idea. How's the acquiring of items going? Do you think about things differently? Yes, I was able to get some money out to just get rid of my MasterCard so I'm saying that on tape now because I have no MasterCard bills, but I will not use it for that right now. Like I don't feel a need. Okay, there was there was maybe two things that I did sense.

But you know what I'm, I don't, I don't want to get anything until I feel like are really really like needed or something, you know, breaking down that Okay, now I have to figure out how I'm gonna still use that or not like if my coffee machine breaks down like that so much, but I'm starting to think differently like I still have another one. With a smaller one. Just go back to the way I used to be. With the regular coffeemaker but I'm just trying to savor things the way they are right now and is it hard to when you see something that you like that maybe you don't necessarily need but you might want like I did I did buy a few things like that like I did that and then with this you know like even the stuff for the the balcony now for the last year I was buying a few things for it and when I went through my stuff was putting it out and when I don't really want to anymore, I don't want to do that every season.

So I took some stuff finally took some of the things that I was like my jewelry stuff finally took it to the charity downtown just the other day and put a few other things in there. So even some clothes that I had, I was like, yeah, I'm looking at the mastermind boys. Wearing that and you know what that was? Really like I am starting to see those things and never did before to your question in yourself and you're making more intentional decisions. Yeah. And I'm hearing what you guys have said and what I love about these videos coming up, I'm seeing them.

This is why I want to tell you that I've seen yourself seeing myself. Yes. But remember the way the things are now and I'm looking at it now. And I'm going, Oh, right. That's why they did that. And oh, yeah, that's right.

That's, I am starting to think that way. You know, something with things that you guys said that's going on in my head. Now. I'm asking myself some of those questions. And then when I see that again, it reinforces that too. Yeah, I'm loving looking at the videos afterwards.

Because so for someone who is going through this process, why would you tell them that it's happening after this is completed, like after the organizing and decluttering is over? Like what would you Tell them that they can expect Oh, I felt like a huge I even said that one of the days I felt like a huge weight off my shoulders as we're doing it. And like when we were all done, it was like, I can't believe this, you know, I got rid of so much stuff, but I still have stuff. And I feel so much more at ease calm, like, I don't feel like I have to do stuff all the time now. Like, I know there's a sense of resistance, there is a sense of peace. What about like mental free time because instead of you maybe looking around and seeing the things that you wanted to need to get done.

Now when you look around you just kind of say I love all this stuff. Yes, yes. And I am Yeah, not I love that I'm able to know where everything is. I was even seeing that as you guys were helping me out afterwards. Like I know, maybe the first time you were in here and I went to somebody, I know where everything is in here now, you know, I right down to the lower the smallest detail, like a little box or something or a door that stuff was in there. I don't have as much stuff.

And I don't have to think about getting rid of things. Like what I have now is just enough. And yeah, I don't have to think about want to get to that. I want to get out you know, the only thing now that I want to get to is just clean my windows. You know, stuff like that that's here now and I just don't have like a lot of stuff anymore. And everything that I'm getting out like even with those papers sitting over there, it's like I know what what that's all about.

You know, I need to go through that. And I'm doing lately with the budgeting, I'm wanting to get to this stuff now where they never wanted to before because there was too much to go through. Like, I still have the shredding today. But maybe in some ways I've lost it. Because with knowing what I have now, and I haven't looked at that stuff, even before you guys started with me, and since then much of it, but most of that stuff in there, I just go through blindly and not worry about questioning anymore because I was starting to still think another few months ago. Yeah, that I didn't know if I'd get to the shredding.

So everything that I have, I'm comfortable with. That's a good, that's a good word. I'm just feeling comfortable. And not worrying about my stuff. Here. I'm thinking about other things like with my mental health, I got into wanting to take another course with that.

And then with the coaching that we're doing, I I'm just focusing Are those two things now? And and even though I may be feeling a little anxious sometimes, but not the way I used to be. So I'm not involved in that we could coaching young guys. Tell me a little, that's gonna be a topic for the next video. So, three months ago, I think it was almost four months ago, we started doing like a weekly coatings every Wednesday we spent one hour and we did a lot of work around time management, energy management, and then we got into that finances and now we are starting to work through the meal planning aspect of it. So we're going to talk about more about that in the next video.
