Requirements

In order to continue to operate in the City of New York, the designated construction worker is required to complete a minimum number of hours of approved site safety training and to carry site safety identification cards as proof of completion of the training (As per New York City Local Law 196 of 2017 also known as “LL196” or “Local Law”). This course provides four hours to satisfy that requirement.

Course Requirements:

  • Submit verification of records that show that you are the person taking the course by uploading a headshot and ID at the beginning of the course.
  • 100% attendance for the 4-Hour Fall Prevention Course NYC DOB
  • Completion of Continuing Education and Training Registration Form (If Necessary)
  • Completion of all course modules.
  • Passing the final quiz with a minimum score of 70%.
  • Participation and submittal of the end-of-course evaluation form (must provide name on form to receive credit)
