I exercise every morning for at least 30 minutes. Some mornings I go running around in intervals for the second speed 40 seconds jog. In other mornings I do a bit of yoga shadowboxing, a combination of push ups and pull ups and even video workouts like p90x three or 25. In the last two months, I skipped four days of exercising because I was down with a fever. No matter who you are, no matter what you do, you can always find 40 minutes of exercise. Don't believe me?
