I exercise every morning for at least 30 minutes. Some mornings I go running around in intervals for the second speed 40 seconds jog. In other mornings I do a bit of yoga shadowboxing, a combination of push ups and pull ups and even video workouts like p90x three or 25. In the last two months, I skipped four days of exercising because I was down with a fever. No matter who you are, no matter what you do, you can always find 40 minutes of exercise. Don't believe me?

I have a friend, an entrepreneur, who will help me start my first business. He's the CEO of two companies, and he's on the board of other three. He's always online, always working and helping people out. a workaholic. You bet has a valley. Yep.

No time for sports. Not whatsoever. Three years ago, he had the heart attack. To do BTS and exercise was one of the ways he could reduce blood pressure if you make time for exercise. Yes he did. When you have a gun pointed at your head, you know that you have only one choice.

He started out with push ups, and now he's doing shanties insanity workout each morning at five o'clock early riser. I know very few happy people that don't exercise, be to swimming, running or going to the gym. Exercising needs to be an integral part of our daily lives. Now I'd like to present to you a technique that will keep you motivated over long periods of time. print a 30 day calendar and stick it on your fridge or on a wall. If you haven't done any exercise.

Don't go straight to the gym. Instead, do something too small to fail. I present to you the last one pushup every day for the next week. You do a push Talk in the morning. After you do the push up, you pick the day on the calendar. At the start of the next week you do one more push up.

Would you be able to do this? Does it seem hard? One push up per day for a week, four push ups per day on the fourth week. That seems simple. But can you do this workouts for a whole year? Because at the end of the year, you do 52 push ups per day.

And guess what? You'll be able to do that because you've slowly built your body and your muscles to sustain this effort. The number of ticks on the calendar also help by keeping you motivated. Once you get a row of ticks growing each morning right in front of your eyes. A game start playing and you're already the winner. Take each day you're doing the push ups and see how many complete months can you get Indian it's only a pushup.
